【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代至今,隨著個(gè)人電腦、平板、智能手機(jī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不斷普及,以及QQ、微信、E-mail、Facebook、Twitter、微博等逐漸占據(jù)人們的生活,人們在工作、生活、學(xué)習(xí)、娛樂和交流等活動(dòng)中積累了大量的個(gè)人數(shù)字信息資源,人們?nèi)绾喂芾砗褪褂眠@些數(shù)字信息資源(如個(gè)人郵件、數(shù)碼照片、數(shù)字音頻、數(shù)字視頻、數(shù)字文件和網(wǎng)頁)呢?目前還沒有一個(gè)明確的答案。此外由于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、個(gè)人電腦、智能手機(jī)和平板在我國普及的時(shí)間比較短,再加上使用這些產(chǎn)品的用戶多為年輕人,個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案概念、個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案管理等問題還未引起他們的重視。本文對個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案管理問題進(jìn)行討論,具有較強(qiáng)的理論探索價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐意義。本文探討人們不斷積累的數(shù)字資產(chǎn)的種類,個(gè)人應(yīng)該如何思考缺失和損失,以及如何將這些概念轉(zhuǎn)化的策略保持?jǐn)?shù)字檔案資料的安全,無論是在家里還是在云存儲(chǔ)上。文章共分為六部分：第一部分主要介紹個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案產(chǎn)生的背景、個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案研究現(xiàn)狀、研究目的和意義、研究方法。第二部分從個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案概念著手,通過比較與個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案相關(guān)的概念總結(jié)出個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案的概念。這一章節(jié)還闡述了管理個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案的理論基礎(chǔ),為接下來的管理實(shí)踐提供理論支撐。第三部分從個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案收集前的準(zhǔn)備著手,提出了個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案收集前準(zhǔn)備收集的概念,最后闡述了個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案收集的來源、范圍和收集方式。第四部分主要介紹了個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案鑒定,提出個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案鑒定的原則和方法以及個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案的保管期限。第五部分是探討關(guān)于個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案整理和保管方面的問題。推薦了一些管理和保存?zhèn)�人數(shù)字檔案的工具。第六部分主要講述了個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案信息資源的開發(fā)與利用,討論了開發(fā)面臨的障礙,個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案的作用,還列舉了一些個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案提供利用的案例。最后是結(jié)語部分,對個(gè)人數(shù)字檔案管理進(jìn)行總結(jié)概括并歸納出文章的不足。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, with the personal computer, tablet, smart mobile phone and Internet popularization, as well as QQ, WeChat, E-mail, Facebook, Twitter, micro-blog and other gradually occupy the people's life, people in work, life, learning, entertainment and communication activities in the accumulation of personal digital information resources, how to manage people and the use of digital information resources (such as personal mail, digital photos, digital audio, digital video, digital documents and web pages)? There is not a clear answer. In addition, the popularity of Internet, personal computers, smart phones and tablets in China is relatively short, and the users who use these products are mostly young people. The problem of personal digital archives concept and personal digital archives management has not yet attracted their attention. This paper discusses the problem of personal digital archives management, which has strong theoretical exploration value and practical practical significance. This paper explores the types of digital assets that people are constantly accumulating, how they should think about missing and losing, and how to transform these concepts to keep the safety of digital archives, whether in the home or in cloud storage. The article is divided into six parts: the first part mainly introduces the background of personal digital archives, the research status of the personal digital archives, the purpose and significance of the research, and the research methods. The second part begins with the concept of personal digital archives, and summarizes the concept of personal digital archives by comparing the concepts related to personal digital files. This chapter also expounds the theoretical basis for the management of personal digital files, and provides theoretical support for the next management practice. The third part starts from the preparation of personal digital archives collection, and puts forward the concept of personal digital archives preparation before collection. Finally, it expounds the source, scope and collection mode of personal digital archives collection. The fourth part mainly introduces the identification of personal digital archives, and puts forward the principles and methods of personal digital archives identification and the time limit of personal digital archives. The fifth part is to discuss the issues concerning the arrangement and storage of personal digital files. Some tools for the management and preservation of personal digital files are recommended. The sixth part mainly describes the development and utilization of personal digital archives information resources, discusses the obstacles faced by development, the role of personal digital archives, and lists some cases of personal digital archives. Finally, the conclusion is the concluding part, summarizing the personal digital archives management and summarizing the shortcomings of the article.
