【摘要】：雷鋒精神是一面永不褪色的旗幟，一座永放光芒的燈塔，是我們這個(gè)民族和國(guó)家寶貴的精神財(cái)富。突出雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神的研究，對(duì)于加強(qiáng)全社會(huì)思想政治教育，激勵(lì)全黨全國(guó)人民堅(jiān)持中國(guó)道路、弘揚(yáng)中國(guó)精神、凝聚中國(guó)力量，為實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化和中華民族偉大復(fù)興的“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”而團(tuán)結(jié)奮斗，具有重要理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。目前，理論界和實(shí)際工作者對(duì)雷鋒精神的研究方興未艾，突出雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神的內(nèi)涵、形成、影響和弘揚(yáng)，是一個(gè)新的視角。這有利于抓住實(shí)質(zhì)全面準(zhǔn)確理解雷鋒精神，推動(dòng)學(xué)雷鋒作奉獻(xiàn)活動(dòng)持續(xù)廣泛深入開展。 在毛澤東等老一輩革命家為雷鋒同志題詞50周年之際，在全黨全國(guó)人民正在學(xué)習(xí)貫徹黨的十八大精神、團(tuán)結(jié)一心堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義之際，全面而系統(tǒng)地研究雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神，作為一種新的探索和開拓，必然要求有所創(chuàng)新。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)，在于論證雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神是雷鋒精神的精髓。由此而來(lái)，需要闡述雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神的形成過(guò)程，并總結(jié)可資借鑒的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)；說(shuō)明50年來(lái)，雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神以其對(duì)我國(guó)和國(guó)際社會(huì)的深遠(yuǎn)影響，必將成為全人類具有永恒價(jià)值的共同精神財(cái)富；提出全黨全國(guó)人民弘揚(yáng)雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神、推動(dòng)學(xué)雷鋒活動(dòng)群眾性常態(tài)化的基本原則和實(shí)施辦法。 本論文包括導(dǎo)論，正文第一、二、三、四章，和結(jié)束語(yǔ)。 導(dǎo)論的主要內(nèi)容是，闡述本選題的重要意義，述評(píng)我國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)雷鋒精神的研究現(xiàn)狀，概括本論文的創(chuàng)新方面，簡(jiǎn)要介紹本論文的主要研究方法。 第一章闡述雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神的內(nèi)涵、靈魂、支柱、基石和基本特征，論證雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神是雷鋒精神的精髓。經(jīng)過(guò)綜合分析，概括雷鋒精神的六個(gè)組成要素，論述雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神是貫穿各要素的核心要素，它最能體現(xiàn)雷鋒精神全心全意為人民服務(wù)的實(shí)質(zhì)，是雷鋒精神的精髓。 第二章研究雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神的形成過(guò)程，總結(jié)可供當(dāng)前推動(dòng)學(xué)雷鋒活動(dòng)借鑒的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)。雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神的形成，有三個(gè)發(fā)展階段，即雷鋒經(jīng)歷新舊社會(huì)對(duì)比，萌發(fā)做國(guó)家小主人翁的奉獻(xiàn)精神階段；在農(nóng)工戰(zhàn)線崗位上，產(chǎn)生報(bào)黨恩忘我工作的奉獻(xiàn)精神階段；在解放軍大熔爐里，確立全心全意為人民的奉獻(xiàn)精神階段。本論文概括了三條可供推動(dòng)學(xué)雷鋒活動(dòng)借鑒的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)：一是組織精心培育。二是個(gè)人嚴(yán)格要求。三是社會(huì)廣泛倡導(dǎo)。 第三章審視50年來(lái)雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神對(duì)我國(guó)和國(guó)際社會(huì)的深遠(yuǎn)影響，揭示雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神的重大價(jià)值和意義。50年來(lái)，全國(guó)學(xué)雷鋒作奉獻(xiàn)活動(dòng)對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展起到了重要促進(jìn)作用，涌現(xiàn)出王杰、焦裕祿、劉英俊、張志新、張華、吳天祥、郭明義、莊仕華等一大批雷鋒式先進(jìn)人物。同時(shí)，雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神已經(jīng)走出國(guó)門，成為全人類的寶貴精神財(cái)富。本論文還著重分析了雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神之所以能夠產(chǎn)生如此深遠(yuǎn)影響的基本原因。強(qiáng)調(diào)雷鋒的好思想、好作風(fēng)、好品德，他偉大而平凡的特質(zhì)，使其既令人景仰，又可親可近、可學(xué)可及，，成為全社會(huì)競(jìng)相學(xué)習(xí)的好榜樣；雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神的廣泛傳播，符合人類社會(huì)歷史發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律和我國(guó)的基本國(guó)情，符合堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的偉大事業(yè)，歸結(jié)為一句話，符合最廣大人民的根本利益。 第四章從四個(gè)方面提出當(dāng)前弘揚(yáng)雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神、推動(dòng)學(xué)雷鋒活動(dòng)持續(xù)廣泛深入開展的思路辦法。第一，要認(rèn)清當(dāng)前弘揚(yáng)雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神的重要意義；第二，弘揚(yáng)雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神要把握三個(gè)基本原則；第三，弘揚(yáng)雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神應(yīng)當(dāng)依靠四個(gè)主要途徑；第四，弘揚(yáng)雷鋒奉獻(xiàn)精神必須加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，并提出四個(gè)管用有效的辦法。 結(jié)束語(yǔ)主要是從作者對(duì)本論題研究的思想認(rèn)識(shí)和切身體驗(yàn)中，概括說(shuō)明了四個(gè)結(jié)論。不妥之處，懇請(qǐng)批評(píng)指正。
[Abstract]:Lei Feng's spirit is a flags that never fade, a light lighthouse, a precious spiritual wealth of our nation and country. To highlight the dedication of Lei Feng, to strengthen the ideological and political education of the whole society, to encourage the whole party to adhere to the Chinese road, to promote the spirit of China, to condense China's strength and to realize socialism. The unity and struggle of modernization and the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation have important theoretical and practical values. At present, the theoretical and practical workers are in the ascendant to the study of the spirit of Lei Feng. It is a new angle of view to highlight the connotation, formation, influence and promotion of Lei Feng's dedication, which is beneficial to grasp the essence and accuracy. Lei Feng's spirit and Lei Feng's devotion were promoted.
When the old generation of Mao Zedong and other older revolutionaries inscribed Comrade Lei Feng 50th anniversary, the people of the whole Party and the whole country are learning to carry out the eighteen spirit of the party, unite to adhere to and develop the socialism with Chinese characteristics, and study Lei Feng's dedication in a comprehensive and systematic way. As a new exploration and development, it is bound to require some innovation. The innovation point is to demonstrate that Lei Feng's dedication is the essence of Lei Feng's spirit. From this, we need to elaborate on the forming process of Lei Feng's dedication and summing up the main experience that can be used for reference. It shows that for 50 years, Lei Feng's dedication, with its profound influence on our country and the international community, will become a common spiritual wealth with eternal value for all mankind. Rich; put forward the basic principles and implementation measures of the whole Party and the whole people to carry forward Lei Feng's dedication spirit and promote the normalization of mass activities in learning Lei Feng activities.

The first chapter expounds the connotation of Lei Feng's dedication spirit, soul, pillar, cornerstone and basic characteristics, and demonstrates that Lei Feng's dedication is the essence of Lei Feng's spirit. After a comprehensive analysis, it summarizes the six elements of Lei Feng's spirit, and expounds that the dedication of Lei Feng is the core element of all the elements, and it can best reflect the spirit of Lei Feng to serve the people wholeheartedly. The second chapter studies the formation process of Lei Feng's dedication spirit, and summarizes the main experience that can be used for learning from Lei Feng's activities at present. In the years, the dedication of Lei Feng in China has played an important role in promoting the economic and social development of our country, and the emergence of Wang Chieh, Jiao Yulu, Liu Yingjun, Zhang Zhixin, Zhang Hua, Zhang Hua, Zhuang Shihua and so on a large number of advanced Lei Feng figures. At the same time, Lei Feng's dedication has gone out of the country and has become the precious spiritual wealth of all mankind. This paper also focuses on the analysis of the basic reasons why Lei Feng's dedication can produce such far-reaching effects. It emphasizes Lei Feng's good ideas, good style, good character, and his great and ordinary qualities. It makes it not only admirable and approachable, but also able to learn and be a good example for the whole society to learn. The wide spread of Lei Feng's dedication is in line with the objective laws of the development of human society and the basic national conditions of our country and the great cause of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, which comes down to a word and is in line with the vast majority of the people. The fourth chapter, from four aspects, put forward the ideas and methods to carry forward Lei Feng's dedication and promote the continuing and extensive development of Lei Feng's activities. First, we should recognize the important significance of carrying forward Lei Feng's dedication; second, to carry forward Lei Feng's dedication to grasp the three basic principles; third, to carry forward Lei Feng's dedication should rely on four masters. Fourth ways to strengthen Lei Feng's dedication are to strengthen organizational leadership and put forward four effective measures.
The concluding remarks mainly summarize the four conclusions from the author's ideological understanding and personal experience of this topic.
