【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),在以習(xí)近平同志為總書(shū)記的黨中央的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,全國(guó)人民萬(wàn)眾一心、克難攻堅(jiān)、砥礪前行,全面建成小康社會(huì)邁出堅(jiān)實(shí)步伐、全面深化改革實(shí)現(xiàn)良好開(kāi)局、全面依法治國(guó)開(kāi)啟新征程、全面從嚴(yán)治黨取得新進(jìn)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、政治建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)、社會(huì)建設(shè)、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)闊步邁進(jìn),取得了人民滿意、社會(huì)認(rèn)同、世界矚目的巨大成績(jī)。但與取得斐然成績(jī)極不相稱的是層出不窮的網(wǎng)絡(luò)抹黑英烈、"青島天價(jià)蝦"坑騙游客、騎上紅軍雕像拍照、老人倒地?zé)o人敢扶、記者強(qiáng)拍藝人遺照等大量道德失范事件,嚴(yán)重影響著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè),應(yīng)當(dāng)引起高度關(guān)注。"國(guó)無(wú)德不興,人無(wú)德不立"。十八大以來(lái),以習(xí)近平同志為總書(shū)記的黨中央深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到道德建設(shè)對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的重大意義,進(jìn)一步發(fā)揚(yáng)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨重視道德建設(shè)的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),將培育社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀納入國(guó)家治理體系,以此為現(xiàn)代中國(guó)人立立"主心骨"、提提"精氣神"。這些道德建設(shè)思想賦予了道德工作新的使命,同時(shí)也提出了更高的要求。因此,十八大以來(lái)黨中央關(guān)于社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)的理論成果和實(shí)踐成就,是黨在實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)開(kāi)啟階段的寶貴精神財(cái)富,是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系的重要組成部分。本文以馬列主義、毛澤東思想和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論為指導(dǎo),依據(jù)十八大以來(lái)黨的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),緊密結(jié)合新一屆黨中央治國(guó)理政新實(shí)踐,以分析成因、梳理內(nèi)容、闡明創(chuàng)新和概括特點(diǎn)為研究方法和行文思路,對(duì)新時(shí)期我國(guó)道德建設(shè)思想做了較為深入地探究。全文共分為六章。第一章主要介紹了本論文主題的涵義、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀和研究方法。第二章闡述了本論文的理論基礎(chǔ),即什么是道德、道德建設(shè),道德建設(shè)的意義以及道德能否建設(shè)。在這一章中闡明了社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀和道德的關(guān)系。第三章從時(shí)代特征、理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)三個(gè)方面,揭示十八大以來(lái)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)思想的形成依據(jù)。社會(huì)中文化領(lǐng)域的交流交融交鋒,價(jià)值觀念上的多元多樣多變,"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局的協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)是其形成的時(shí)代背景;馬克思主義道德觀、中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨道德建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)道德建設(shè)思想以及世界各國(guó)優(yōu)秀道德建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)等是其形成的理論基礎(chǔ);社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況是其形成的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。第四章從社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略高度、基本任務(wù)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)、涵養(yǎng)基礎(chǔ)及方法體系等五個(gè)方面,概括了十八大以來(lái)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)思想的基本內(nèi)容。在戰(zhàn)略高度上,社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)為中國(guó)夢(mèng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供精神動(dòng)力和價(jià)值支撐;在基本任務(wù)上,通過(guò)積極推進(jìn)公民道德建設(shè)工程,加強(qiáng)社會(huì)公德職業(yè)道德家庭美德個(gè)人品德教育,倡導(dǎo)愛(ài)國(guó)敬業(yè)誠(chéng)信友善的基本公民道德規(guī)范,培育知榮辱講正氣作奉獻(xiàn)促和諧的良好風(fēng)尚,培育正確的道德判斷和道德價(jià)值等,全面提高公民道德素質(zhì);在經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)上,堅(jiān)持依法治國(guó)與以德治國(guó)相結(jié)合,強(qiáng)化法律對(duì)道德建設(shè)的保障作用,強(qiáng)化道德對(duì)法治文化的支撐作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)法治和德治相輔相成;在涵養(yǎng)基礎(chǔ)上,弘揚(yáng)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,涵養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義道德,汲取中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的道德精髓,挖掘中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的時(shí)代價(jià)值,弘揚(yáng)中國(guó)精神;在方法途徑上,注重教育引導(dǎo)、輿論宣傳、文化熏陶、實(shí)踐養(yǎng)成、制度保障等方式相結(jié)合。第五章重點(diǎn)概括了十八大以來(lái)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)的實(shí)踐路徑。即通過(guò)加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部道德修養(yǎng),強(qiáng)化黨組織的道德教育職能,發(fā)揮領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部道德建設(shè)主導(dǎo),堅(jiān)持德才兼?zhèn)湟缘聻橄鹊挠萌藢?dǎo)向;通過(guò)構(gòu)筑道德建設(shè)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,培養(yǎng)健康和諧的社會(huì)心態(tài),動(dòng)員全民積極參與道德建設(shè),深化精神文明創(chuàng)建活動(dòng),形成家庭學(xué)校社會(huì)教育合力;通過(guò)加強(qiáng)重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域道德建設(shè),加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德建設(shè),開(kāi)展道德領(lǐng)域?qū)ｍ?xiàng)治理,落實(shí)立德樹(shù)人的教育使命;通過(guò)突出重點(diǎn)人群道德建設(shè),提高青少年、教師、文藝工作者、新聞工作者等群體的道德建設(shè)水平;通過(guò)發(fā)揮道德模范的旗幟作用,發(fā)揮道德示范作用,樹(shù)立道德模范典型。第六章闡述了十八大以來(lái)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)思想的創(chuàng)新之處、基本特點(diǎn)和主要啟示,以對(duì)當(dāng)前的道德建設(shè)思想做升華提煉。十八大以來(lái)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)思想的創(chuàng)新之處在于:以"興國(guó)立人"為社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)新使命;以加強(qiáng)黨員干部道德修養(yǎng)推進(jìn)黨的建設(shè);以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀引領(lǐng)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè);落細(xì)落小落實(shí)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)方式。注重傳承借鑒與發(fā)展創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合、教育引導(dǎo)與管理約束相結(jié)合、先進(jìn)性要求與廣泛性要求相結(jié)合、理論建設(shè)與道德實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,是十八大以來(lái)社會(huì)主義道德的四個(gè)特點(diǎn)。突出社會(huì)主義發(fā)展方向、發(fā)揮人民群眾的道德建設(shè)主體作用、重視優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的創(chuàng)造轉(zhuǎn)化、推動(dòng)道德建設(shè)法制化,是十八大以來(lái)社會(huì)主義道德的四點(diǎn)啟示。本文比較全面地論述了十八大以來(lái)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)思想的形成、內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新之處和主要特點(diǎn),形成了最新的社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)思想體系。研究十八大以來(lái)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)思想,在理論上,有利于完善馬克思主義道德理論和中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨道德建設(shè)思想,豐富和深化中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系,有利于進(jìn)一步培育社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè);在實(shí)踐上,有利于優(yōu)化社會(huì)風(fēng)氣,有利于社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)的順利進(jìn)行,為推進(jìn)四個(gè)全面打下堅(jiān)實(shí)思想基礎(chǔ),為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)民族偉大復(fù)興的偉大目標(biāo)凝心聚力。
