【摘要】:意識(shí)形態(tài)工作是我國當(dāng)前時(shí)期一項(xiàng)極端重要的工作,能否做好意識(shí)形態(tài)工作,事關(guān)黨的前途命運(yùn),事關(guān)國家長治久安,事關(guān)民族凝聚力和向心力。因此,抓好全社會(huì)的思想政治教育工作,是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的題中應(yīng)有之意。在國內(nèi)外形勢深刻變化和現(xiàn)代技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展的今天,我們需要借助中國共產(chǎn)黨歷史上關(guān)于思想政治教育的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)來抓好當(dāng)前的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作,而毛澤東的思想政治教育理論作為形成和發(fā)展于中國革命和建設(shè)的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上的科學(xué)理論,雖然和當(dāng)前的時(shí)代背景有巨大差距,但在意識(shí)形態(tài)斗爭的問題上有共通性,所以對(duì)當(dāng)前我國進(jìn)行思政工作有著重大的啟示意義。對(duì)于毛澤東的思想政治教育理論的研究,從其研究現(xiàn)狀及存在問題入手,首先,梳理了馬克思、恩格斯、列寧、儒家、墨家、法家等關(guān)于思想政治教育的論述,并闡述了李大釗、陳獨(dú)秀等黨的早期領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)毛澤東的影響,從無產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命運(yùn)動(dòng)及中國傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的角度論證了毛澤東進(jìn)行思想政治教育的重要性以及如何進(jìn)行的問題。其次,簡要闡述了該理論形成的時(shí)代背景、目的和教育對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)論述了毛澤東進(jìn)行思想政治教育的內(nèi)容和方法,在內(nèi)容上,主要有馬克思主義理論教育、理想信念教育、愛國主義教育、國情教育、歷史知識(shí)教育、革命道德教育等,這些內(nèi)容相互聯(lián)系,互相促進(jìn),構(gòu)成了毛澤東在思想政治教育內(nèi)容上的鮮明特色;在方法上,主要有宣傳動(dòng)員法、調(diào)查研究法、典型教育法、說服教育法等,這些方法在中國革命和建設(shè)的偉大實(shí)踐中極大推動(dòng)了人們認(rèn)識(shí)世界和改造世界的能力。最后,總結(jié)了毛澤東在思想政治教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),即重視思想政治教育的作用,堅(jiān)持用馬克思主義理論武裝人們頭腦,尊重人民群眾的歷史主體地位,注重調(diào)查研究在克服主觀主義危害中的作用;诖,在當(dāng)前的思想政治教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中,我們要更加重視它對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的促進(jìn)作用,加強(qiáng)科學(xué)理論的建設(shè)與宣傳教育,堅(jiān)持全心全意為人民服務(wù)的宗旨,抓好調(diào)查研究這一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作的基本功。
[Abstract]:Ideological work is an extremely important work in the current period of our country. Whether or not we can do ideological work well is related to the future and destiny of the Party, to the long-term stability of the country, to the cohesion of the nation and to the centripetal force. Therefore, the ideological and political education of the whole society is the proper meaning of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. With the profound changes at home and abroad and the rapid development of modern technology, we need to do a good job in ideological work with the help of the practical experience of ideological and political education in the history of the Communist Party of China. Mao Zedong's theory of ideological and political education, as a scientific theory based on the practice of Chinese revolution and construction, has a great gap with the background of the present era, but it has a common character on the issue of ideological struggle. Therefore, the current ideological and political work in China has a great significance of inspiration. For the study of Mao Zedong's theory of ideological and political education, starting from its research status and existing problems, first of all, combing Marx, Engels, Lenin, Confucianism, Mohism, Legalists and so on about ideological and political education. It also expounds the influence of the early leaders of Li Dazhao and Chen Duxiu on Mao Zedong and demonstrates the importance of Mao Zedong's ideological and political education from the perspective of proletarian revolutionary movement and the development of Chinese traditional society. Secondly, the paper briefly expounds the background, purpose and educational object of the theory, and focuses on the contents and methods of Mao Zedong's ideological and political education. In the content, it mainly includes Marxist theory education, ideal and belief education. Patriotism education, national education, historical knowledge education, revolutionary moral education, etc., which are interrelated and promote each other, constitute the distinctive characteristics of Mao Zedong in the content of ideological and political education; in terms of methods, there are mainly propaganda and mobilization methods. In the great practice of Chinese revolution and construction, the methods of investigation and research, typical education and persuasion have greatly promoted people's ability to understand and transform the world. Finally, it summarizes the basic experience of Mao Zedong in the practice of ideological and political education, that is, to attach importance to the role of ideological and political education, to persist in arming people's minds with Marxist theory, and to respect the historical subject status of the masses. Pay attention to the role of investigation and research in overcoming the harm of subjectivism. Based on this, in the current practice of ideological and political education, we should pay more attention to its promoting effect on social development, strengthen the construction of scientific theory and propaganda and education, and adhere to the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. Do a good job in investigating and studying the basic skills of this leadership work.
