【摘要】：在我國(guó)城市建設(shè)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,社區(qū)的形成起到了以點(diǎn)帶面的聯(lián)系作用,社區(qū)中的思想政治工作在社區(qū)教育中發(fā)揮著基礎(chǔ)性作用。本文以山東省日照市山海天旅游度假區(qū)中的青島路城市社區(qū)為例進(jìn)行研究,得出了目前社區(qū)在思想政治工作方面存在欠缺的結(jié)論,也給日后的教育工作開(kāi)展提供可供借鑒的應(yīng)對(duì)策略,這對(duì)于日照市在日后展開(kāi)社區(qū)思政工作而言可以說(shuō)有著重要的意義。文章以日照市山海天旅游度假區(qū)青島路社區(qū)的居民、社區(qū)工作者為研究對(duì)象,了解社區(qū)工作中思想政治工作開(kāi)展進(jìn)行情況,其目的就在于尋找當(dāng)下該領(lǐng)域工作的不足之處,進(jìn)而在此基礎(chǔ)上探索出一條適合社區(qū)工作且為接下來(lái)高效展開(kāi)社區(qū)思想教育工作的道路,本文在參照融合思想領(lǐng)域相關(guān)理論觀念的前提下,采用了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究以及座談等方法,綜合使用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際等手段,就青島路社區(qū)的一些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析研究,研究?jī)?nèi)容主要圍繞青島路社區(qū)思想政治工作的優(yōu)勢(shì)、不足和居民心中理想的思想教育形式開(kāi)展進(jìn)行。主要的研究成果是:首先,界定了所謂社區(qū)思想政治教育工作的概念、特征以及展開(kāi)這些方面工作的意義所在。然后對(duì)青島路社區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,對(duì)該社區(qū)思想政治工作的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法,總結(jié)分析當(dāng)前思想政治工作的有待完善之處。最后提出加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)社區(qū)思想政治工作的對(duì)策建議,包括從深化工作認(rèn)識(shí)到加強(qiáng)工作制度的建設(shè)和整個(gè)隊(duì)伍人才的建設(shè),還提出一些寓教于樂(lè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐途徑,這些具有針對(duì)性的建議對(duì)日照市城市社區(qū)的思想政治工作開(kāi)展具有實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:In the process of the development of city construction in China, the formation of the community play a role to contact, the ideological and political work in the community plays a fundamental role in community education. This paper takes Shandong province Rizhao City Shanhaitian resort in Qingdao City Road community as an example, the current community in the ideological and political the work lacks the conclusion, also provide countermeasures for reference to carry out daily education after work, which for Rizhao City in the days after the start of community ideological and political work can be said to have important significance. This article takes Rizhao City Shanhaitian tourism resort Qingdao Road community residents, community workers as the research object, understand the thinking the political work of community work to carry out the situation, the purpose of it is to find deficiencies in present work in the field, and on this basis to explore a suitable service The work area for the next expansion and efficient community ideological education path, based on the premise of reference fusion of relevant theoretical concepts in the field of thought, using a questionnaire survey, literature research and discussion, the comprehensive use of theory with practice method, some problems of Qingdao Road community were analyzed, the main research contents around Qingdao Road community ideological and political work of the advantages, problems and residents carry out ideal ideological education. The main results are as follows: firstly, the definition of the community ideological and political education work, the characteristics and the significance of the work. These aspects and field investigation of Qingdao Road community, on the status of the community the ideological and political work is analyzed, using the method of theory and practice, summed up the deficiencies of the current ideological and political work finally. Put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of the community, including the construction of work system and strengthen the construction of the talent team from deepen the work to realize, also puts forward some practical ways of entertaining, the ideological and political work of Rizhao City city community to carry out targeted suggestions have practical significance.
