[Abstract]:Zheng Xu Chengen: he is 90 years old at the top of the mountain. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and director of the expert Committee of Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. He is a famous expert in petroleum refining process in China. Xu Chengen engaged in refinery engineering design and research for more than 60 years, is our country refining engineering design innovation, refinery design model reform, refinery large-scale organization implementation.
