【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力是一種網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德失范行為,它反映出網(wǎng)民在道德意識(shí)、道德情感、道德行為方面的偏差,反映了網(wǎng)民的道德失范。加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想道德建設(shè),培育網(wǎng)民道德,可以依據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力反映出來(lái)的問(wèn)題,提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策:一是澄清"虛擬"認(rèn)知偏差,培養(yǎng)網(wǎng)民責(zé)任意識(shí);二是發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)思政平臺(tái)作用,引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)民道德情感;三是加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理與監(jiān)督,培育網(wǎng)民道德行為;四是發(fā)揮法律懲戒作用,約束網(wǎng)民行為失范。
[Abstract]:Network violence is a kind of network moral anomie behavior, which reflects the deviation of Internet users in moral consciousness, moral emotion, moral behavior, reflects the Internet moral anomie, and strengthens the network ideological and moral construction. The cultivation of netizens' morality can be based on the problems reflected by network violence, and put forward targeted countermeasures: first, to clarify the "virtual" cognitive bias, and to cultivate the netizens' sense of responsibility; The second is to play the role of network ideological and political platform to guide the moral feelings of Internet users; Third, strengthen the network management and supervision, cultivate the moral behavior of Internet users; Fourth, play the role of legal discipline, restrain the behavior of Internet users out of order.
