【摘要】：堅持社會主義核心價值體系是習(xí)近平總書記在黨的十九大報告中提出的新時代堅持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義的基本方略之一。講清楚"為什么"要把"堅持社會主義核心價值體系"提升到基本方略的治國理政高度,在"是什么"的意義上闡釋明白"堅持社會主義核心價值體系"基本方略的內(nèi)涵實質(zhì),在"怎么辦"的意義上明確"堅持社會主義核心價值體系"基本方略的戰(zhàn)略舉措,是新時代新思想對思想政治工作提出的新使命和新要求。
