南疆棉稈能源炭制備及其燃燒特性研究

【摘要】:南疆棉稈資源豐富,但是利用率很低。合理高效的利用棉稈資源對(duì)南疆的發(fā)展會(huì)帶來(lái)動(dòng)力,對(duì)降低大氣污染也有積極的作用。本文首先闡述了合理利用南疆棉稈的目的和意義,然后對(duì)生物質(zhì)利用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹。本文以南疆棉稈作為研究對(duì)象,利用智能馬弗爐對(duì)其進(jìn)行熱解炭化,找出了最優(yōu)的制備棉稈能源炭的工藝參數(shù)組合。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和結(jié)論如下:(1)稈的水分由剛收集的41.84%下降到一個(gè)月以后的11.46%,下降十分的非常明顯,但一個(gè)月以后水分下降趨于平緩,基本不再減少。揮發(fā)分的含量由剛開(kāi)始的22.95%上升到一個(gè)月以后的52.87%,揮發(fā)分上升的非常明顯,但一個(gè)月后揮發(fā)分的增加趨于平緩。固定碳與灰分的含量基本不受時(shí)間變化。影響得炭率的各因素主次順序?yàn)闊峤饨K溫、升溫速率、保溫時(shí)間。最優(yōu)組合為熱解終溫400℃,升溫速率8℃/min,保溫時(shí)間1h。為驗(yàn)證優(yōu)選的工藝參數(shù),按最優(yōu)組合熱解炭化棉稈粉末,得炭率為36.14%。(2)隨著壓強(qiáng)逐漸增大,壓縮成型的棉稈炭、棉稈粉末的密度逐漸增大,在壓縮強(qiáng)度30MPa之后基本趨于平緩。(3)不同熱解參數(shù)下制得的棉稈能源炭水分的失重峰溫度范圍為62~82℃。不同熱解參數(shù)下制得的棉稈能源炭燃燒過(guò)程中失重峰值也都不相同,溫度最低出現(xiàn)在熱解終溫300℃、保溫時(shí)間3h制得的棉稈能源炭失重最為明顯的溫度為454℃,溫度最高出現(xiàn)在500℃熱解終溫、保溫時(shí)間4h制得的棉稈能源炭失重最為明顯的溫度為1028℃。棉稈炭燃燒過(guò)程中,揮發(fā)分析出與固定碳燃燒溫度區(qū)間有相互重疊區(qū)間,棉桿炭燃燒由揮發(fā)分燃燒和固定碳燃燒組成。(4)不同條件下制得的棉稈能源炭的著火溫度存在差異。著火溫度范圍為175~228℃。著火點(diǎn)溫度最低的是在熱解終溫為300℃、保溫時(shí)間為1h條件下制得的棉稈能源炭,著火點(diǎn)溫度最高的是在熱解終溫為600℃、保溫時(shí)間為3h條件下制得的棉稈能源炭。燃盡溫度的范圍為1020℃至1488℃。燃盡溫度最低的是在熱解終溫600℃、保溫時(shí)間為4h條件下制得的棉稈能源炭,燃盡溫度最高的是在熱解終溫600℃、保溫時(shí)間為1h條件下制得的棉稈能源炭。
[Abstract]:Southern Xinjiang is rich in cotton stalk resources, but the utilization rate is very low. Rational and efficient utilization of cotton stalk resources will bring impetus to the development of southern Xinjiang, and also play a positive role in reducing air pollution. This paper first expounds the purpose and significance of rational utilization of cotton stalks in southern Xinjiang, and then introduces the present situation of biomass utilization. In this paper, the cotton stalk in southern Xinjiang was pyrolysis and carbonified by intelligent muffle furnace, and the optimal process parameter combination for preparing cotton stalk energy carbon was found out. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the moisture of culm decreased from 41.84% to 11.46% after one month, but after one month, the decrease of moisture tended to be gentle and almost no longer decreased. The content of volatile matter increased from 22.95% at the beginning to 52.87% after one month, and the content of volatile matter increased very obviously, but the increase of volatile matter tended to be gentle after one month. The contents of fixed carbon and ash are basically unchanged from time to time. The primary and secondary order of the factors affecting the carbon yield is final pyrolysis temperature, heating rate and holding time. The optimum combination is the final pyrolysis temperature of 400 鈩,
