南平市豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征血清學(xué)和病原學(xué)的監(jiān)測分析
[Abstract]:Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS), also called blue ear disease, is caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV). Pregnant sows and piglets are the most common diseased animals, and the mixed infection is easy to occur after infection, which brings huge economic losses to the pig industry and belongs to a class of epidemic diseases in China. In order to make the prevention and control method of pig blue ear disease according to local conditions, this paper systematically analyzed the incidence and compulsory immunity of PRRSV in Nanping city. In order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of blue ear disease in pigs, the antibody level of high pathogenic blue ear disease in the whole city was preliminarily grasped and the underlying factors were analyzed in combination with etiological investigation. During 2014-2016, we randomly selected 2040 healthy pigs one month after they were vaccinated against blue ear in 60 large-scale farms and 90 free-range households in Nanping City. Blood samples were collected from the anterior vena cava to isolate serum. ELISA detection method was used to detect antibodies to blue ear disease in pigs. Among them, 1500 were sampled in scale farms and 540 in scattered households. The results showed that 1845 serum samples were positive for PRRSV antibody, and the qualified rate was 90.4. Among them, 1414 sera from large-scale pig farms were positive for PRRSV antibody, and the qualified rate was 94.3%. A total of 431 sera were positive for PRRSV antibody, and the qualified rate was 79.8%. From 2014-2016, the qualified rate of antibody against blue ear disease of pigs in the whole city was 88.70.40% and 92.2% respectively, which showed an increasing trend year by year. At the same time, during 2014-2016, we collected pig swabs from large-scale farms and scattered farmers and extracted RNA,. The results of PRRSV, detection by RT-PCR method showed that no PRRSV, was detected in all the samples to be tested. The results showed that there was no transmission of blue ear disease virus in pig farms and free-range farms, and the prevention and control work was well carried out in a certain area. To sum up, the qualified rate of PRRSV antibody of pigs in Nanping city from 2014-2016 is increasing year by year, and the qualified level of PRRSV antibody in large-scale breeding farm is higher than that in retail farmers. At the same time, no PRRSV. was detected in all samples during the investigation. This suggests that there will be no PRRS outbreak in the city between 2014-2016 and that scale farms will be able to enforce immunization programs more strictly than free-range farmers.
