種子氣力特性對氣吸式排種器排種性能的影響

【摘要】:本文以氣吸式排種器以及綠豆、西瓜、食葵、油葵四類北方地區(qū)常見農(nóng)作物種子為研究對象。首先,對四類種子的物理特性(外形尺寸、千粒質(zhì)量、密度、滑動摩擦角等)參數(shù)進(jìn)行測量,并對測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上按照長度尺寸的不同,將每類種子進(jìn)行分組;其次,按照分好的組分別對每類種子的氣力特性(漂浮速度和漂浮系數(shù))進(jìn)行測試研究,對測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計和分析,進(jìn)而根據(jù)其氣力特性的不同對種子進(jìn)行分級;最后,分別對不同氣力特性的種子在無振動和有振動(35Hz、50Hz、70Hz)工作時的臨界真空度進(jìn)行試驗研究,探究種子氣力特性與氣吸式排種器排種性能之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:同一類種子不同氣力特性條件下,在不施加振動條件時,三種吸種狀態(tài)的臨界真空度相差較小,最大差值僅0.2kPa。但對氣吸式排種器施加不同頻率的振動條件之后,同一類種子同一氣力特性條件下的臨界真空度急劇增大,且隨著頻率的增加,臨界真空度呈逐漸增大的趨勢。無論施加振動與否,同一吸種狀態(tài)下,種子的臨界真空度隨著漂浮速度的增加而變大;同一氣力特性條件下,隨著吸種數(shù)量的增加,種子吸附臨界真空度也隨之增大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the common crops seeds of mung bean, watermelon, sunflower and oil sunflower were studied. Firstly, the physical properties of four kinds of seeds (shape size, thousand grain mass, density, sliding friction angle, etc.) were measured, and the measured results were statistically analyzed. The seeds were divided into groups. Secondly, the aerodynamic characteristics (floating speed and floating coefficient) of each seed were tested according to the group, and the test results were statistically analyzed. Then the seeds are classified according to their pneumatic characteristics. Finally, the critical vacuum degree of the seeds with and without vibration (35 Hz / 50 Hz) is tested and studied respectively. To explore the relationship between seed pneumatic characteristics and seeding performance of suction metering device. The results show that the difference of critical vacuum degree of the three species is relatively small under the condition of different pneumatic characteristics of the same seed, and the maximum difference is only 0.2 KPA when the vibration condition is not applied. But the critical vacuum degree of the same kind of seed increases sharply under the condition of the same kind of seed and the same air force, and the critical vacuum degree increases gradually with the increase of frequency after the different frequency vibration conditions are applied to the suction seed metering device. With or without vibration, the critical vacuum degree of seed increased with the increase of floating speed, and the critical vacuum degree of seed adsorption increased with the increase of seed number under the same pneumatic characteristics.
