向日葵列當(dāng)室內(nèi)寄生體系的建立及列當(dāng)枯斑病病原菌的分離和鑒定

【摘要】:向日葵列當(dāng)是一種寄生性種子植物,嚴(yán)重的危害向日葵的生產(chǎn)。本研究以向日葵列當(dāng)為研究材料,在室內(nèi)條件下建立并優(yōu)化了室內(nèi)列當(dāng)種子萌發(fā)和寄生體系,并利用該體系對部分向日葵品種的抗列當(dāng)水平進(jìn)行了鑒定。同時,利用柯赫氏法則對田間采集的向日葵列當(dāng)枯斑病的病原菌進(jìn)行了分離和鑒定,結(jié)果如下:1.田間采集的不同生物型的向日葵列當(dāng),其花的顏色、花序形狀、花序之間節(jié)數(shù)均不相同;同時,還采集到了具有分支的向日葵列當(dāng)。2.掃描電鏡下觀察的結(jié)果表明列當(dāng)屬的不同種種子的形態(tài)存在著一定的差異,但是同一種下的不同生理小種的種子大小和形態(tài)比較相近。3.室內(nèi)條件下對向日葵列當(dāng)?shù)陌l(fā)生規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究的結(jié)果表明土壤不同的PH、含水量、不同土質(zhì)對向日葵列當(dāng)種子的萌發(fā)和生長都有一定的影響。其中弱堿性土壤、土壤含水量在10%-20%的沙壤土有利于向日葵列當(dāng)種子的萌發(fā)和寄生。4.通過比較三種列當(dāng)種子室內(nèi)萌發(fā)和寄生體系確定了濾紙培養(yǎng)法是一種快速而高效的列當(dāng)種子室內(nèi)萌發(fā)和寄生的方法。5.利用柯赫氏法則對田間采集的向日葵列當(dāng)病樣進(jìn)行分離和鑒定,確定黃瓜枯萎菌(Plectospharella cucumerina)是導(dǎo)致向日葵列當(dāng)枯斑病的病原菌;致病力分化的結(jié)果表明,來源于向日葵列當(dāng)?shù)狞S瓜枯萎菌在番茄、向日葵、向日葵列當(dāng)上存在致病力分化現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Sunflower is a kind of parasitic seed plant, which seriously endangering the production of sunflower. In this study, sunflower was used as the research material to establish and optimize the indoor seed germination and parasitic system under indoor conditions, and to use this system to identify the resistance level of some sunflower varieties. The rule was carried out to isolate and identify the pathogen of sunflower leaf spot disease in the field. The results are as follows: 1. the flower color, inflorescence shape, and the number of nodes are different in the field of different biotype sunflower. At the same time, the result table of the sunflower with sub branches under.2. scanning electron microscope is also collected. There are certain differences in the morphology of different species of seeds, but the size and morphology of the seeds of different species in the same species are similar to those of.3..
