行間生草對(duì)靈武長(zhǎng)棗園區(qū)土壤特性與果實(shí)品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)在靈武長(zhǎng)棗園區(qū)進(jìn)行行間生草試驗(yàn),設(shè)置5個(gè)生草處理,分別為自然生草、紫花苜蓿、百脈根、黑麥草、白三葉草,以清耕為對(duì)照,通過(guò)測(cè)定靈武長(zhǎng)棗營(yíng)養(yǎng)生長(zhǎng)指標(biāo)、果實(shí)品質(zhì)指標(biāo)和園區(qū)小氣候環(huán)境、土壤理化性狀、養(yǎng)分、微生物及酶活性,探討行間生草對(duì)靈武長(zhǎng)棗生長(zhǎng)、果實(shí)品質(zhì)和園區(qū)土壤特性的影響,為靈武長(zhǎng)棗高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的培肥技術(shù)提供理論依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明:1.與清耕相比,不同生草處理對(duì)小氣候環(huán)境的影響效果明顯。生草處理夏季降空氣溫度和地表光照強(qiáng)度,白三葉草處理提高空氣濕度與空氣CO2濃度。2.不同生草處理后,土壤溫度、濕度、容重下降,土壤的pH值基本保持不變,土壤總孔隙度、有機(jī)質(zhì)含量增加。與清耕對(duì)比,紫花苜蓿處理土壤全氮、速效鉀含量增加,白三葉草處理土壤有效磷含量增加。土壤真菌、放線(xiàn)菌數(shù)量增加,細(xì)菌數(shù)量減少。土壤過(guò)氧化氫酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶活性都有相應(yīng)提高。3.不同生草處理可促進(jìn)棗樹(shù)的樹(shù)高、棗吊粗和葉面積的生長(zhǎng),提高坐果率,而對(duì)地徑、棗吊長(zhǎng)、葉綠素含量卻起到了抑制作用。4.不同生草處理后,果實(shí)Vc含量均比清耕提高,而黃酮含量都有所下降。百脈根處理使果實(shí)的可溶性糖和有機(jī)酸含量均比清耕有所提高。5.不同生草草種植株養(yǎng)分含量均表現(xiàn)為全氮全鉀全磷,并呈極顯著性差異。白三葉草處理的鮮草產(chǎn)量最大,含水量最多。
[Abstract]:The experiment was conducted in Lingwu long jujube orchard. Five treatments were set up, which were natural grass, alfalfa, ryegrass, white clover. The nutritive growth index of Lingwu Zizyphus jujube was determined by measuring the nutrient growth index of Lingwu jujube. Fruit quality index and microclimate environment, soil physical and chemical properties, nutrient, microorganism and enzyme activity. The effects of interrow grass on the growth, fruit quality and soil characteristics of Lingwu Changzao were studied. High-quality fertilization technology provides theoretical basis. The result shows that 1: 1. The effect of different grass treatment on microclimate was obvious compared with that of clear tillage. The lower air temperature and surface light intensity in summer were decreased by raw grass treatment, and the air humidity and CO 2 concentration were increased by white clover treatment in summer. The soil temperature, humidity and bulk density decreased, the pH value of the soil remained unchanged, the total porosity and organic matter content of the soil increased after different grass treatments. Compared with pure tillage, the content of available potassium and available phosphorus in alfalfa and white clover were increased. Soil fungi, actinomycetes increased, bacteria decreased. The activities of catalase, urease and sucrase in soil were all increased. Different grass treatments could promote the growth of jujube tree, increase the fruit setting rate, but inhibit the diameter of the ground, the length of the jujube, and the chlorophyll content of the jujube. The VC content of fruit was higher than that of clear tillage treatment, but the flavonoids content was decreased. The content of soluble sugar and organic acid in the fruit was increased by 5. 5% compared with that of pure tillage. The nutrient contents of the plants of different grass species were all total nitrogen, total potassium and total phosphorus, and the difference was very significant. The fresh grass yield of white clover treatment was the largest and the water content was the highest.
