【摘要】:豬呼吸道疾病綜合征(PRDC),是一種由多種病原混合感染而引起發(fā)病豬只呼吸系統(tǒng)損傷的疾病,嚴(yán)重危害養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的發(fā)展。其發(fā)病率在35%-80%,死亡率在5%-30%及以上,發(fā)病機(jī)理復(fù)雜,難于防制,是影響當(dāng)今養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的主要問(wèn)題。引起豬呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病的病原種類繁多,發(fā)病日齡覆蓋各個(gè)階段,包括哺乳仔豬、保育豬、育肥豬及母豬等,危害面廣,給規(guī);B(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)的防制帶來(lái)巨大的困難。引起PRDC的細(xì)菌性病原包括副豬嗜血桿菌、豬傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌、豬多殺性巴氏桿菌、肺炎鏈球菌等,病毒性病原包括豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征病毒、豬圓環(huán)病毒2型、豬偽狂犬病病毒、豬瘟病毒,豬肺炎支原體也是一種重要致病因素,多種病原之間常以混合感染的方式存在,加強(qiáng)對(duì)機(jī)體的損傷作用,提高PRDC發(fā)病率和死亡率。試驗(yàn)選取了四川省樂(lè)山、雅安、新津、天全、寶興、南充、成都、眉山、內(nèi)江、遂寧等地區(qū)41個(gè)規(guī)模化養(yǎng)豬廠的53份具有典型呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病癥狀的樣品,對(duì)其中的細(xì)菌性病原進(jìn)行了檢測(cè),旨在了解四川省部分地區(qū)豬呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病的發(fā)病情況以及細(xì)菌性病原的感染率,為制定科學(xué)合理的防制計(jì)劃提供理論依據(jù)。通過(guò)對(duì)分離菌株統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,豬肺炎鏈球菌的感染率最高,達(dá)到69.81%(37/53),多殺巴氏桿菌、副豬嗜血桿菌、傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌、李氏桿菌、綠膿桿菌、支氣管敗血波士桿菌按照感染率從高到低的順序分別為54.72%(29/53)、47.17%(25/53)、20.75%(11/53)、16.98%(9/53)、13.21%(7/53)、9.43%(5/53)。在病原菌的二重感染病例中,副豬嗜血桿菌與豬肺炎鏈球菌混合感染率最高,達(dá)到32.07%(17/53);豬肺炎鏈球菌與多殺巴氏桿菌的混合感染感染率達(dá)到30.19%(16/53);多殺巴氏桿菌與副豬嗜血桿菌的混合感染率達(dá)22.64%(12/53);傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌與豬肺炎鏈球菌混合感染率為13.21%(7/53);豬肺炎鏈球菌與李氏桿菌混合感染率為11.32%(6/53);豬肺炎鏈球菌與綠膿桿菌混合感染率為9.43%(5/53);多殺巴氏桿菌與綠膿桿菌混合感染率為7.55%(4/53);多殺巴氏桿菌與李氏桿菌混合感染率為7.55%(4/53);副豬嗜血桿菌與綠膿桿菌混合感染率為5.66%(3/53);副豬嗜血桿菌與李氏桿菌混合感染率為5.66%(3/53);傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌與副豬嗜血桿菌混合感染為5.66%(3/53);支氣管敗血波士桿菌與多殺巴氏桿菌感染率為5.66%(3/53);豬肺炎鏈球菌與支氣管敗血波士桿菌混合感染率為5.66%(3/53);綠膿桿菌與李氏桿菌混合感染率為3.77%(2/53);副豬嗜血桿菌與支氣管敗血波士桿菌混合感染率為1.89%(1/53);支氣管敗血波士桿菌與李氏桿菌混合感染率為1.89%(1/53)。在病原菌的三重感染病例中,副豬嗜血桿菌、多殺巴氏桿菌及豬肺炎鏈球菌混合感染率達(dá)到11.32%(6/53);副豬嗜血桿菌、豬肺炎鏈球菌與綠膿桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到5.66%(3/53);豬肺炎鏈球菌、傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌與多殺巴氏桿菌感染率達(dá)到5.66(3/53);豬肺炎鏈球菌、綠膿桿菌與多殺巴氏桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到3.77%(2/53);多殺巴氏桿菌、豬肺炎鏈球菌與李氏桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到3.77%(2/53);多殺巴氏桿菌、豬肺炎鏈球菌與支氣管敗血波士桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到3.77%(2/53);副豬嗜血桿菌與、殺巴氏桿菌與綠膿桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53);副豬嗜血桿菌、支氣管敗血波士桿菌與李氏桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53);傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌、副豬嗜血桿菌與豬肺炎鏈球菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53);李氏桿菌、副豬嗜血桿菌與傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53);傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌、多殺巴氏桿菌與綠膿桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53);傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌、多殺巴氏桿菌與李氏桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53);傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌、豬肺炎鏈球菌與綠膿桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53)。在病原菌的四重感染病例中,豬肺炎鏈球菌、副豬嗜血桿菌、綠膿桿菌與多殺巴氏桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53);李氏桿菌、副豬嗜血桿菌、豬肺炎鏈球菌與多殺巴氏桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53);副豬嗜血桿菌、豬肺炎鏈球菌、綠膿桿菌與李氏桿菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53);多殺巴氏桿菌、副豬嗜血桿菌、傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌與豬肺炎鏈球菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53):李氏桿菌、多殺巴氏桿菌、綠膿桿菌與豬肺炎鏈球菌混合感染率達(dá)到1.89%(1/53)。
[Abstract]:Porcine respiratory disease syndrome (PRDC) is a disease caused by respiratory system damage caused by mixed infection of various pathogens, which seriously endangering the development of pig industry. Its incidence is in 35%-80%, the mortality rate is 5%-30% and above, the pathogenesis is complex and difficult to prevent. It is the main problem of pig industry. It causes the respiratory disease of pigs. The pathogeny of the disease is wide, and the onset of the disease is covered by various stages, including suckling piglets, pig breeding, fattening pigs and sows, which have a great danger to the prevention and control of large-scale pig farms. The bacterial pathogens of PRDC include Haemophilus accessory pigs, Actinobacillus contagialis, porcine Pasteurella pasteuricus, pneumonia chain. The viral pathogens include porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, porcine circovirus 2, porcine pseudorabies virus, swine fever virus and Mycoplasma pneumoniae are also an important pathogenic factor. A variety of pathogens often exist in a mixed infection mode, strengthen the damage to the body, increase the incidence of PRDC and mortality.
