種豬場(chǎng)豬偽狂犬病的凈化技術(shù)

【摘要】:近年來,我國(guó)養(yǎng)豬業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,規(guī);、集團(tuán)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化養(yǎng)豬企業(yè)不斷涌出,養(yǎng)豬業(yè)占據(jù)畜牧業(yè),乃至農(nóng)業(yè)重要地位。但是,養(yǎng)豬疫病防控技術(shù)薄弱,特別是以豬偽狂犬病為主的病毒性疫病依然嚴(yán)重,威脅著養(yǎng)豬業(yè)健康和可持續(xù)發(fā)展,必須研究和探索出一套解決豬場(chǎng)偽狂犬病綜合防控技術(shù)。豬偽狂犬病(Pseudorabies,PR)是由偽狂犬病病毒(Pseudorabies virus.PRV)引起的病毒性傳染病,發(fā)病率和死亡率高,危害性大,呈世界性分布,嚴(yán)重影響著養(yǎng)豬業(yè)健康和持續(xù)性發(fā)展,對(duì)種豬企業(yè)更是致命性傷害。實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)康?本實(shí)驗(yàn)通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理和實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)手段等方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)、分離和清除種豬場(chǎng)偽狂犬野毒陽(yáng)性豬群,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)偽狂犬病的凈化和根除,尋找出一套解決種豬場(chǎng)疫病綜合防控的技術(shù)路線。實(shí)驗(yàn)方案:實(shí)驗(yàn)在河南省某省直科研單位下屬原種豬場(chǎng),并根據(jù)疫病防控技術(shù)要求對(duì)豬場(chǎng)進(jìn)行改造升級(jí),技術(shù)依托河南省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院動(dòng)物免疫實(shí)驗(yàn)室。實(shí)驗(yàn)分3個(gè)階段完成,第一階段為檢測(cè)分離,采取對(duì)種豬群全部,保育豬和肥育豬部分進(jìn)行定性定量檢測(cè),選擇IDEXX豬偽狂犬gE抗體檢測(cè)試劑盒及gB抗體檢測(cè)試劑盒作為豬偽狂犬病原抗體及疫苗抗體的檢測(cè)手段;選擇熒光定量PCR診斷作為ELISA抗體檢測(cè)的定性補(bǔ)充,陽(yáng)性或可疑個(gè)體豬群離群淘汰;第二階段為調(diào)整提高,根據(jù)檢測(cè)結(jié)果調(diào)整免疫方案,改善豬場(chǎng)硬件條件,調(diào)整營(yíng)養(yǎng)供給、強(qiáng)化生物安全實(shí)施,精細(xì)化飼養(yǎng)管理和程序化疫病防控技術(shù)等綜合措施,致使豬群由陽(yáng)性轉(zhuǎn)陰;第三階段為維持穩(wěn)定,定期檢測(cè)豬群,陽(yáng)性淘汰,保持陰性。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果:本實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)過3年綜合防治措施完成后,偽狂犬病得以控制、穩(wěn)定和凈化,偽狂犬陽(yáng)性率從10.87%逐步下降到1.92%和0.03%,抗體水平的整齊度提高,免疫合格率顯著提升;各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)較實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)施前有較大的提高和改善,成功解決種豬場(chǎng)偽狂犬病凈化難題,并形成了一套疫病防控技術(shù)體系集成,為河南省乃至全國(guó)種豬企業(yè)疫病綜合防治提供了理論依據(jù)、實(shí)踐探索和技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the pig industry in our country has developed rapidly, large-scale, collectivized and industrialized pig raising enterprises are constantly pouring out. Pig industry occupies an important position in animal husbandry and even agriculture. However, the technology of prevention and control of pig epidemic disease is weak, especially the virus disease which is mainly pseudorabies is still serious, which threatens the healthy and sustainable development of pig industry. It is necessary to study and explore a set of comprehensive prevention and control technology to solve pseudorabies in pig farm. Pseudorabies virus (PRV) is a viral infectious disease caused by pseudorabies virus (PRV). It has a high incidence and mortality rate, and has a worldwide distribution, which seriously affects the health and sustainable development of pig industry, and is even more fatal to pig breeding enterprises. Objective: by means of field management and laboratory techniques, we found out, isolated and eliminated pseudorabies virus positive pigs in pig farm, and gradually realized the purification and eradication of pseudorabies. To find out a set of comprehensive prevention and control of pig plant disease technical route. Experimental scheme: the experiment was carried out in the original pig farm of a provincial scientific research unit in Henan Province, and the pig farm was upgraded according to the technical requirements of epidemic disease prevention and control. The technology relies on the Animal Immunization Laboratory of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The experiment was completed in three stages. In the first stage, qualitative and quantitative tests were carried out on all breeds, conservation pigs and fattening pigs in the first stage. IDEXX porcine pseudorabies GE antibody detection kit and GB antibody detection kit were selected as the detection methods of porcine pseudorabies antibody and vaccine antibody, and fluorescence quantitative PCR diagnosis was selected as the qualitative supplement for ELISA antibody detection. The second stage is to adjust and improve the immunization program according to the test results, improve the hardware condition of pig farm, adjust nutrition supply, and strengthen the implementation of biosafety. The comprehensive measures such as fine feeding management and programmed epidemic disease prevention and control technology resulted in the positive turn to negative in the pig population; the third stage was to maintain stability and test the pig herd regularly and to eliminate the positive and keep negative in the third stage. Results: after 3 years of comprehensive prevention and treatment, pseudorabies was controlled, stabilized and purified. The positive rate of pseudorabies decreased gradually from 10.87% to 1.92% and 0.03%. The production indexes were greatly improved and improved compared with those before the experiment, which successfully solved the problem of pseudorabies purification in pig farms, and formed a set of integrated technology system for the prevention and control of epidemic diseases. It provides theoretical basis, practical exploration and technical support for comprehensive prevention and control of epidemic disease in Henan province and even the whole country.
