光強(qiáng)對幼苗光合特性的影響及不同耐陰性物種功能性狀的差異

【摘要】:光作為森林中的一種限制性資源,影響著植物的生存、生長和繁殖的整個(gè)生活史周期。耐陰性則是衡量植物對低光環(huán)境耐受能力的指標(biāo)。因此,研究光對植物的影響以及這種影響在不同耐陰性的植物間的差異,對于理解群落構(gòu)成、森林演替等問題具有重要意義。我選取了廣東黑石頂自然保護(hù)區(qū)內(nèi)的6個(gè)具有不同耐陰性的樹種,通過進(jìn)行溫室幼苗種植實(shí)驗(yàn),測量三個(gè)光強(qiáng)梯度(高/中/低光)下幼苗光響應(yīng)曲線來研究不同光照強(qiáng)度對植物幼苗光合特性的影響。通過混合效應(yīng)模型分析,我發(fā)現(xiàn)低光環(huán)境會(huì)顯著降低植物幼苗的光合能力和暗呼吸強(qiáng)度,而季節(jié)和生長階段對于光合特性的影響則因種而異。但是野外16個(gè)種的數(shù)據(jù)表明透光率對多數(shù)光合特性和葉性狀沒有影響,森林中幼樹的光合能力和暗呼吸強(qiáng)度顯著高于相同光環(huán)境下溫室的幼苗。我進(jìn)一步搜集了黑石頂樣地中145個(gè)種的9個(gè)功能性狀,并且使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化主軸回歸(SMA)模型分析了一種新的耐陰性指數(shù)與功能性狀的關(guān)系。我發(fā)現(xiàn)透光率與多數(shù)種的幼樹(DBH5cm的個(gè)體)分布有顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系而且這種關(guān)系隨著耐陰性增大而增強(qiáng);耐陰性與物種的光合特性、木材密度和最大樹高都有顯著的相關(guān)關(guān)系,而與葉性狀的關(guān)系并不顯著。
[Abstract]:As a restricted resource in forest, light affects the whole life cycle of plant survival, growth and reproduction. Negative tolerance is a measure of plant tolerance to low light conditions. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the effects of light on plants and the differences between different negative tolerant plants for understanding community composition and forest succession. I selected six species with different negative tolerance in Heshiding Nature Reserve, Guangdong Province, and conducted greenhouse seedling planting experiments. The light response curves of three light intensity gradients (high / medium / low light) were measured to study the effects of different light intensity on photosynthetic characteristics of plant seedlings. Through the mixed effect model analysis, I found that low light environment can significantly reduce the photosynthetic capacity and dark respiration intensity of plant seedlings, but the effects of season and growth stage on photosynthetic characteristics vary with species. But the data of 16 species in the field showed that the light transmittance had no effect on most photosynthetic characteristics and leaf characters. The photosynthetic ability and dark respiration intensity of young trees in forest were significantly higher than those in greenhouse under the same light environment. I further collected 9 functional traits of 145 species in the Blackstone topsoil, and analyzed the relationship between a new negative tolerance index and functional traits by using the standardized spindle regression (SMA) model. I found that there was a significant positive correlation between the transmittance and the individual distribution of DBH 5cm in most species, and this relationship increased with the increase of tolerance to negativity, and there was a significant correlation between tolerance to light transmission and photosynthetic characteristics of the species, wood density and maximum tree height. The relationship between leaf traits and leaf traits was not significant.
