【摘要】：溫度是影響烤煙品質(zhì)的重要生態(tài)因素之一,而夜間溫度是溫度生態(tài)因子重要的組成部分。本研究一方面在人工氣候箱中以烤煙品種云煙87、K326、中煙100和紅花大金元(以下簡稱紅大)為材料,采用人工模擬設置不同夜間溫度,研究不同品種烤煙苗期(五葉一心至栽后25d)頂芽赤霉素(GA3)、生長素(IAA)和細胞分裂素(CTK)含量變化對夜溫的響應。結果表明：(1)從連續(xù)夜間處理25d平均含量來看,隨著夜間處理溫度的升高以及處理時間的延長,4個烤煙品種煙苗頂芽內(nèi)源激素對夜溫響應存在一個轉折溫度點,其中CTK響應轉折點為夜溫11℃或15℃,GA3響應轉折點為夜溫11℃,各激素含量最大值主要集中在夜溫處理后的5～20d。(2)從各品種響應來看,夜溫升高更有利于烤煙苗期頂芽CTK、IAA的合成積累,其中云煙87在夜溫11℃處理第20天時CTK含量最高,觀測值為51.23mol·L-1,第5d時IAA含量最高,觀測值為29.27mol·L-1;中煙100在夜溫11℃處理第10天時CTK含量最高,觀測值為51.03mol·L-1,第5d時IAA含量最高,觀測值為32.72mol·L-1; K326在夜溫15℃處理第10天時CTK含量最高,觀測值為44.65mol·L-1,在夜溫19℃處理第20天時IAA含量最高,觀測值為35.47mol·L-1;紅大在夜溫19℃處理第15天時CTK含量最高,觀測值為50.61mol·L-1,第20天時IAA含量最高,觀測值為29.57mol·L-1。另一方面在云南保山高海拔煙區(qū),以烤煙品種‘云煙100’為材料的研究結果表明：(1)煙株各部位煙葉葉寬和單葉重顯著增加,上部葉葉長和含梗率顯著降低,中下部葉葉片厚度顯著增加；(2)所有處理煙葉兩糖差均較對照不同程度降低,煙堿和氯含量顯著降低,鉀含量顯著提高,總氮含量提高；(3)夜溫升高使上部葉Cu、Fe含量顯著降低,Zn、Mn含量顯著增加；中部葉Fe含量顯著降低,Zn、Mn含量顯著增加；下部葉Cu、Zn、Mn含量顯著降低,Fe含量顯著增加；(4)下部葉葉黃素、β-胡蘿卜素、綠原酸、蕓香苷含量增幅最大,中部葉丙二酸和蘋果酸含量極顯著降低,棕櫚酸和油酸含量極顯著提高。
[Abstract]:Temperature is one of the important ecological factors affecting the quality of flue-cured tobacco, and night temperature is an important part of the ecological factor of temperature. On the one hand, in the artificial climate box, the flue-cured tobacco varieties Yunyan 87K326, Zhongyan 100 and Honghua Dajin Yuan (hereinafter referred to as Hongda) were used as materials, and different night temperatures were set by artificial simulation. To study the response to night temperature of different varieties of flue-cured tobacco at seedling stage (from five leaves to 25 days after planting), the contents of GA _ 3, IAA and CTK in terminal bud of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that with the increase of temperature at night and the prolongation of treatment time, there was a turning point in the response of endogenous hormones to night-temperature in the top bud of four flue-cured tobacco varieties.
