干旱脅迫下不同濃度水楊酸對(duì)釀酒葡萄光合能力及抗旱水平的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)研究了干旱脅迫下不同濃度水楊酸對(duì)釀酒葡萄赤霞珠和梅鹿輒的生長(zhǎng)狀況、活性氧系統(tǒng)和光合作用的影響,探討在干旱脅迫下水楊酸與釀酒葡萄生長(zhǎng)狀況、活性氧系統(tǒng)和光合作用的關(guān)系。試驗(yàn)主要結(jié)果如下:1.外施水楊酸對(duì)赤霞珠和梅鹿輒土壤含水量和生長(zhǎng)量的影響不顯著,對(duì)葉片的含水量和自由水含量有直接的影響。外施水楊酸后葉片含水量均高于對(duì)照,自由水含量均低于對(duì)照,且赤霞珠在2mmol/L濃度對(duì)于提高葉片含水量降低自由水含量效果最明顯,梅鹿輒在3mmol/L濃度效果最為明顯。2.水楊酸處理提高了赤霞珠和梅鹿輒活性氧系統(tǒng)。與噴施蒸餾水的對(duì)照組相比,外施水楊酸提高了滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)脯氨酸的含量,降低了丙二醛含量,還提升了植物組織的SOD和POD的活性。對(duì)于赤霞珠用2mmol/L濃度水楊酸噴施效果均最明顯,而對(duì)于梅鹿輒以3mmol/L濃度處理最為明顯。3.水楊酸處理提高了赤霞珠和梅鹿輒的光合能力。干旱脅迫下,水楊酸處理與噴施蒸餾水相比,噴施水楊酸赤霞珠和梅鹿輒葉綠素a、葉綠素b和類胡蘿卜素降低速率減慢了,赤霞珠和梅鹿輒葉片的光合能力得到提升,凈光合速率、蒸騰速率和氣孔導(dǎo)度均得到顯著的提升,噴施赤霞珠和梅鹿輒分別在2mmol/L和3mmol/L濃度最為顯著。4.綜合干旱脅迫下不同濃度水楊酸對(duì)赤霞珠和梅鹿輒的影響,水楊酸處理后赤霞珠和梅鹿輒的葉片含水量,活性氧系統(tǒng)與光合能力均比對(duì)照有顯著的提高,提高了釀酒葡萄整體的抗旱性。不同濃度水楊酸對(duì)于赤霞珠和梅鹿輒的影響也不同,水楊酸濃度為2mmol/L對(duì)于赤霞珠效果最明顯,在水楊酸濃度3mmol/L對(duì)梅鹿輒效果最明顯。
[Abstract]:The effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid on the growth, active oxygen system and photosynthesis of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in wine grape under drought stress were studied, and the growth status of salicylic acid and wine grape under drought stress was studied. The relationship between reactive oxygen species system and photosynthesis. The main results of the experiment are as follows: 1. Application of salicylic acid had no significant effect on soil water content and growth of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, but had direct effect on leaf water content and free water content. The leaf water content was higher and free water content was lower than the control after the application of salicylic acid, and Cabernet Sauvignon had the most obvious effect on increasing leaf water content and reducing free water content at 2mmol/L concentration, and Merlot had the most obvious effect at 3mmol/L concentration. Salicylic acid treatment improved the active oxygen species system of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Compared with the control group sprayed with distilled water, exogenous salicylic acid increased the content of proline, decreased the content of malondialdehyde, and increased the activities of SOD and POD in plant tissues. The effect of salicylic acid spraying on Cabernet Sauvignon with 2mmol/L concentration was the most obvious, while that of Merlot with 3mmol/L concentration was the most obvious. Salicylic acid treatment increased the photosynthetic capacity of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Under drought stress, salicylic acid treatment decreased the rate of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot by spraying distilled water, and the photosynthetic ability of leaves of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot was improved. The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were significantly increased, and Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were sprayed at the concentration of 2mmol/L and 3mmol/L respectively. The effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were studied. The leaf water content, active oxygen system and photosynthetic capacity of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were significantly increased after salicylic acid treatment. Improved the overall drought resistance of wine grape. The effects of salicylic acid on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were also different. The effect of salicylic acid on Cabernet Sauvignon was the most obvious when the concentration of salicylic acid was 2mmol/L, and the effect on Merlot was the most obvious at the concentration of salicylic acid 3mmol/L.
