秸稈與油泥混合成型燃料燃燒特性研究

【摘要】:本文以東北地區(qū)常見的玉米稈、水稻稈、豆稈與大慶地區(qū)含油污泥為原料混合制取成型燃料,利用等溫燃燒方法研究燃燒規(guī)律,尋求混合成型燃料燃燒最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合。并通過動(dòng)力學(xué)模型建立燃燒反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行機(jī)理驗(yàn)證,對(duì)混合成型燃料的污染物排放特性進(jìn)行了分析,為兩種廢棄原料的利用提供了思路。本文對(duì)玉米稈、水稻稈、豆稈與油泥原料特性進(jìn)行元素分析、工業(yè)分析、發(fā)熱量分析,通過元素分析得出原料中元素的含量,利用試驗(yàn)方法,深入探索釋放出的熱能,在原料中添加含油污泥,成型燃料的熱值增加單位成本有所減少。燃料氧化過程中產(chǎn)生的化學(xué)反應(yīng)為燃燒研究提供數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)。針對(duì)秸稈與油泥冷壓混合成型燃料,以油泥添加比例、燃燒溫度、原料粒徑為影響因.素,以最大燃燒速率,SO_2排放量作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),進(jìn)行單因素試驗(yàn)研究并建立動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,結(jié)果表明:油泥比例為5%~15%,燃燒溫度為750℃~850℃,原料粒徑為8~12mm時(shí),成型燃料燃燒性能較好;得到3種混合成型燃料在不同粒徑條件下的反應(yīng)級(jí)數(shù),活化能以及頻率因子等參數(shù),由參數(shù)可得混合成型燃料的燃燒過程遵循燃燒動(dòng)力學(xué)基本方程,并可用一級(jí)反應(yīng)來描述;其次進(jìn)行二次回歸正交旋轉(zhuǎn)組合試驗(yàn)研究,進(jìn)一步探索油泥添加比例、燃燒溫度、原料粒徑大小對(duì)燃料燃燒的影響規(guī)律,得到最優(yōu)燃燒參數(shù)組合:燃燒溫度800℃,油泥混合比例為8%,原料粒徑8mm時(shí),混合成型燃料燃燒時(shí)最大燃燒速率和SO_2排放量分別為0.0019g/s和57.80mg。應(yīng)用管式爐燃燒試驗(yàn)裝置對(duì)混合成型燃料SO_2和NO排放特性進(jìn)行研究,考察了玉米稈、水稻稈、豆稈與油泥單獨(dú)燃燒SO_2和NO的排放特性,油泥添加比例和燃燒溫度對(duì)混合成型燃料燃燒SO_2和NO的排放的影響,結(jié)果表明:秸稈與油泥單獨(dú)燃燒和油泥添加比例對(duì)SO_2和NO排放影響均與自身元素含量有關(guān),油泥添加比例與SO_2和NO的轉(zhuǎn)化率之間的關(guān)系需要進(jìn)一步分析,溫度是影響混合成型燃料污染物排放的重要因素,隨著溫度的升高,NO和SO_2的排放量與轉(zhuǎn)化率均有明顯的變化。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the common corn stalk, rice stalk, bean stalk and oily sludge in Daqing area were used as raw materials to produce molding fuel. The combustion law was studied by isothermal combustion method, and the optimal combustion parameters were sought. The combustion reaction kinetics model was established to verify the mechanism, and the pollutant emission characteristics of mixed fuel were analyzed, which provided a way for the utilization of two kinds of waste feedstock. In this paper, the characteristics of corn stalk, rice stalk, bean stalk and sludge were analyzed by elemental analysis, industrial analysis, calorific analysis, the content of elements in the raw material was obtained by element analysis, and the heat energy released from the material was deeply explored by means of test method. When oily sludge is added to the raw material, the calorific value of the fuel increases and the unit cost decreases. The chemical reactions produced in the process of fuel oxidation provide data basis for combustion research. In view of the mixture of straw and sludge under cold pressure, the influence factors were the ratio of oil sludge, combustion temperature and particle size of raw material. Taking the maximum combustion rate of so _ 2 emission as the evaluation index, a single factor experimental study was carried out and a kinetic model was established.
