蘋(píng)果園種植長(zhǎng)柔毛野豌豆結(jié)合自然生草對(duì)土壤綜合肥力的影響

【摘要】:以種植長(zhǎng)柔毛野豌豆(Vicia villosa Roth.)結(jié)合自然生草2、4和6年及各自的清耕除草(對(duì)照)蘋(píng)果園耕作層(0~20 cm)土壤為試材,測(cè)定土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、養(yǎng)分、酶及微生物特性的變化,旨在為長(zhǎng)柔毛野豌豆在果園生草中的推廣應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,生草2、4和6年的果園0~20 cm耕作層土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮、速效磷和速效鉀的含量、土壤磷酸酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性及土壤微生物呼吸、活性與活躍微生物量大多高于其各自的清耕對(duì)照;生草2年的土壤微生物碳源利用能力低于其清耕對(duì)照或差異不顯著,而生草4年和6年的土壤微生物碳源利用能力均高于其清耕對(duì)照。表明果園種植長(zhǎng)柔毛野豌豆結(jié)合自然生草能全面提升土壤綜合肥力。
[Abstract]:Vicia villosa Roth.Soil samples were used to measure the changes of soil organic matter, nutrient, enzyme and microorganism, combined with natural grass 2, 4 and 6 years, and their clear-tillage and weeding (control) apple orchard topsoil (0 ~ 20 cm).The purpose of this paper is to provide scientific basis for the popularization and application of Phyllostachys pubescens in orchards.The results showed that the contents of organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium, the activities of soil phosphatase, urease and sucrase, and microbial respiration in the 20 cm cultivated soil layer of Orchard (Orchard, Orchard, Orchard, Orchard, Orchard) for 2 and 6 years had been studied.Most of the active and active microbial biomass were higher than their respective clear-tillage control, and the soil microbial carbon source utilization ability of two years old grass was lower than that of their clear-tillage control or had no significant difference.But the soil microbial carbon source utilization ability of 4 years and 6 years of grass was higher than that of the clear tillage control.The results showed that the planting of Phyllostachys pubescens in orchards combined with natural grass could improve the comprehensive fertility of soil.
