黃花蒿乙醇提取物對(duì)奶牛生產(chǎn)性能和乳中CLA含量的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)以泌乳奶牛為研究對(duì)象,探討了菊科植物黃花蒿乙醇提取物對(duì)奶牛瘤胃內(nèi)環(huán)境指標(biāo)、生產(chǎn)性能的影響,并對(duì)奶牛乳中CLA含量及乳脂脂肪組成的影響也進(jìn)行了初步分析。選取體重(600±29kg)、胎次(2~3)、泌乳期(158±3d)及泌乳量(22.8±1.8kg/d)相似的15頭泌乳荷斯坦奶牛,采用完全隨機(jī)區(qū)組試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),試驗(yàn)分為對(duì)照組和2個(gè)試驗(yàn)組,對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,試驗(yàn)1組和試驗(yàn)2組的奶牛基礎(chǔ)日糧中分別添加96g/d.頭和160g/d.頭黃花蒿乙醇提取物,每組5頭奶牛。進(jìn)行為期40d的飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),其中前9d為預(yù)飼期,10~40d為正式期。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:與對(duì)照組相比,添加黃花蒿乙醇提取物對(duì)2個(gè)試驗(yàn)組奶牛的瘤胃pH值和乙酸濃度均無顯著影響(P0.05);2個(gè)試驗(yàn)組奶牛瘤胃液丁酸濃度和丙酸濃度均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),試驗(yàn)1組和試驗(yàn)2組之間沒有顯著變化(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,各試驗(yàn)組的異戊酸濃度均有下降的趨勢,其中試驗(yàn)2組的異戊酸濃度顯著低于對(duì)照組,試驗(yàn)2組異戊酸濃度也顯著低于試驗(yàn)1組(P0.05);2個(gè)試驗(yàn)組的戊酸濃度低于對(duì)照組,其中試驗(yàn)2組的戊酸濃度顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),2個(gè)試驗(yàn)組之間差異不顯著(P0.05);添加黃花蒿乙醇提取物對(duì)奶牛產(chǎn)量奶、乳脂率、乳蛋白率、總固體含量、非脂乳固體、乳糖率均無顯著影響(P0.05);添加黃花蒿乙醇提取物增加了 2個(gè)試驗(yàn)組奶牛乳中CLA含量,試驗(yàn)1組和試驗(yàn)2組奶牛乳中CLA含量分別提高了 30.7%和38.6%,其中試驗(yàn)2組乳脂中CLA的含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),2個(gè)試驗(yàn)組之間無顯著變化(P0.05);對(duì)照組和2個(gè)試驗(yàn)組乳脂中的飽和脂肪酸、不飽和脂肪酸、單不飽和脂肪酸、多不飽和脂肪酸、短鏈脂肪酸、中鏈脂肪酸、長鏈脂肪酸均無顯著差異(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:In the experiment of lactating dairy cows as the research object, discusses the Compositae Artemisia ethanol extract on environmental indicators in rumen, affect the production performance, and the influence of CLA content and milk fatty milk composition was also studied in this paper. Select the weight (600 + 29kg), parity, lactation ((2~3) 158 + 3D) and lactation (22.8 + 1.8kg/d) similar to 15 lactating Holstein cows, using completely randomized trial design experiment was divided into control group and 2 experimental groups, the control group was fed basal diet, 96g/d. and 160g/d. head of Artemisia ethanol extract were added to the test group 1 and group 2 the dairy based diet, each group of 5 cows. The breeding experiments were conducted for 40d, the 9D for the pre feeding period of 10 ~ 40d for formal period. The results showed that compared with the control group, adding ethanol extract of Artemisia annua in 2 test groups of cow rumen pH and There was no significant effect of acetic acid concentration (P0.05); 2 were cow rumen fluid butyric acid and propionic acid concentrations were significantly lower than the control group (P0.05), the test group 1 and did not change significantly between the 2 groups (P0.05); compared with the control group, each group of isovaleric acid concentration were decreased, ISO 2 groups of the experimental concentration of acid was significantly lower than the control group, the test group 2 was significantly lower than that of isovaleric acid concentration test group 1 (P0.05); acid concentrations of 2 test group than the control group, 2 groups of the experimental acid concentration was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05), there was no significant difference between the 2 groups (P0.05); adding ethanol extract of Artemisia annua on milk fat percentage, milk production, milk protein content, total solid content, non fat milk solids, lactose rate had no significant effect (P0.05); the content of CLA 2 test groups in milk of cows was adding ethanol extract of Artemisia annua, experiment group 1 and group 2 The content of CLA in milk of cows were increased by 30.7% and 38.6%, the content of CLA in milk fat test group 2 was significantly higher than the control group (P0.05), no significant changes between the 2 groups (P0.05); the control group and 2 experimental groups of unsaturated fatty acids in milk fat, unsaturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fat acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids and short chain fatty acids, medium chain fatty acids, there were no significant differences between the long chain fatty acids (P0.05).
