包被植物精油替代硫酸粘桿菌素對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能和腸道功能的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)以不同水平包被植物精油代替日糧中硫酸粘桿菌素,研究對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、腸道菌群、炎癥反應(yīng)、抗氧化性及腸道屏障功能的影響。試驗(yàn)選用200頭,25日齡斷奶,體重為7.23±0.75 kg的三元雜斷奶仔豬,隨機(jī)分成5組,每組5欄,每欄8頭仔豬,公母各半。對(duì)照組飼喂不含硫酸粘桿菌素的基礎(chǔ)日糧,抗生素組在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加60 mg/kg硫酸粘桿菌素,精油處理組在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加100、200或300mg/kg包被植物精油,分兩階段進(jìn)行共35天的飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)。在斷奶后第7天,從抗生素組、對(duì)照組、200 mg/kg包被植物精油組每欄選取1頭,進(jìn)行屠宰和取樣。結(jié)果如下:(1)日糧中添加100 mg/kg或200 mg/kg包被植物精油可以維持與添加60 mg/kg硫酸粘桿菌素組相當(dāng)?shù)钠骄詹墒沉亢腿赵鲋?300 mg/kg包被植物精油替代硫粘菌素會(huì)顯著降低仔豬平均日采食量和日增重(P0.05);(2)日糧中添加包被植物精油或硫酸粘桿菌素能極顯著降低仔豬腹瀉率(P0.01),添加200、300 mg/kg包被植物精油或60 mg/kg硫酸粘桿菌素能顯著降低腹瀉評(píng)分(P0.05)。(3)與對(duì)照組比,添加200 mg/kg包被植物精油或硫酸粘桿菌素能顯著降低結(jié)腸內(nèi)容物中大腸桿菌、腸球菌相對(duì)表達(dá)量(P0.05),對(duì)乳酸桿菌相對(duì)表達(dá)量無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05)。(4)與對(duì)照組比,日糧中添加200 mg/kg包被植物精油能顯著提高仔豬絨毛高度和絨腺比(P0.05),升高仔豬空腸粘膜中咬合蛋白Occludin mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量(P0.01),極顯著降低斷奶后7 d和14 d血漿中D-乳酸含量(P0.01),顯著降低斷奶后7 d血漿DAO活性(P0.05),極顯著降低斷奶后14 d血漿DAO活性(P0.01)。(5)與對(duì)照組比,日糧中添加200 mg/kg包被植物精油能極顯著降低空腸促炎癥因子IL-1βmRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量(P0.01),顯著降低TNF-αmRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量(P0.05),顯著增加空腸粘膜s IgA濃度(P0.05)。(6)與對(duì)照組比,日糧中添加200 mg/kg包被植物精油能顯著增加空腸組織勻漿中SOD、GSH-px酶活性,顯著降低MDA含量(P0.05)。同時(shí),添加200 mg/kg包被植物精油能極顯著降低血漿ROS含量(P0.01)。綜上所述,斷奶仔豬日糧中添加100或200 mg/kg包被植物精油,可以維持與添加60 mg/kg硫酸粘桿菌素相當(dāng)?shù)纳L(zhǎng)性能。添加200 mg/kg包被植物精油可以有效減少腸道病原菌,改善機(jī)體的氧化應(yīng)激和炎癥狀態(tài),支持腸道屏障功能,減少仔豬腹瀉。
[Abstract]:The effects of different levels of coated essential oil on growth performance, intestinal flora, inflammatory reaction, antioxidant activity and intestinal barrier function of weaned piglets were studied.Two hundred weaned piglets of 25 days old, weighing 7.23 鹵0.75 kg, were randomly divided into 5 groups with 8 piglets per column and half male and female piglets.The control group was fed a basal diet without mucin sulfate, the antibiotic group added 60 mg/kg mucin sulfate to the basal diet, and the essential oil treatment group added 100200 or 300mg/kg coated plant essential oil to the basic diet.The feeding experiment was conducted in two stages for 35 days.On the 7th day after weaning, one head was selected from each column in the antibiotic group and the control group, which was coated with vegetable essential oil for 200 mg/kg, and then slaughtered and sampled.The results were as follows: (1) supplementation of 100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg coated essential oils could maintain the average daily intake and daily gain of 100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg coated plant essential oils instead of thiomycin significantly lower than that of the 60 mg/kg mucin sulfate group.Compared with the control group, the average daily intake and daily gain of pigs were significantly decreased by adding plant essential oil or mucin sulfate to the diet, and the diarrhea rate of piglets was significantly decreased by adding 200300 mg/kg coated vegetable essential oil or 60 mg/kg mucin sulfate.The relative expression of Escherichia coli in colon was significantly decreased by adding 200 mg/kg coated plant essential oil or mucin sulfate. The relative expression of Escherichia coli in Escherichia coli was not affected by the relative expression of Lactobacillus.Dietary supplementation of 200 mg/kg coated plant essential oil significantly increased villus height and chorionic gland ratio (P0.05N), increased the relative expression of Occludin mRNA in jejunal mucosa of piglets and significantly reduced plasma D-lactic acid content at 7 and 14 days after weaning.The plasma DAO activity was significantly decreased at 7 days after weaning, and the plasma DAO activity was significantly decreased at 14 days after weaning compared with the control group.The relative expression of IL-1 尾 mRNA in jejunum and the relative expression of TNF- 偽 mRNA were significantly decreased in diet supplemented with 200 mg/kg coated vegetable essential oil. Compared with the control group, the relative expression of TNF- 偽 mRNA and the concentration of s IgA in jejunum were significantly increased.Dietary supplementation of 200 mg/kg coated essential oil significantly increased the activity of SOD GSH-px in jejunum homogenate and significantly decreased the content of MDA.At the same time, the addition of 200 mg/kg coated plant essential oil could significantly reduce plasma ROS content (P 0.01).In conclusion, the growth performance of weaned piglets fed with 100 or 200 mg/kg coated plant essential oil was comparable to that of 60 mg/kg mucin sulfate supplementation.The addition of 200 mg/kg coated plant essential oil can effectively reduce intestinal pathogens, improve oxidative stress and inflammation, support intestinal barrier function, and reduce diarrhea in piglets.
