【摘要】：[目的]探究適合生菜生長的水培地下水配方,在適合水培地下水配方基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探究添加高爐渣對水培生菜生長的影響。[方法]以生菜(品種為GRAND RAPIDS TBR)為試驗(yàn)材料,采用水培方式,以全素、無鈣無鎂、半鈣無鎂、半鎂無鈣、半鈣半鎂營養(yǎng)液配方為處理,定植45天后測量其對生菜形態(tài)指標(biāo)、營養(yǎng)指標(biāo)的影響。再將篩選出的適合的營養(yǎng)液配方(60L)中添加0、100、200、300g高爐渣,定植45天后測定其對生菜形態(tài)指標(biāo)、營養(yǎng)指標(biāo)和光合指標(biāo)的影響。[結(jié)果]①半鈣無鎂的營養(yǎng)液配方比對照CK和其他各處理顯著提高了株高、地上部鮮重、維生素C、維生素E、葉綠素等指標(biāo),顯著降低了亞硝酸鹽的含量。②當(dāng)60L營養(yǎng)液中添100和200g高爐渣的情況下,生菜的生長狀況均佳,長勢旺盛;添加100g高爐渣顯著提高了株高、地上部鮮重、地上部干重、維生素E含量、氣孔導(dǎo)度、胞間CO2濃度、蒸騰速率等,添加200g高爐渣顯著提高了生菜地下部相關(guān)指標(biāo)以及可溶性糖、葉綠素含量、凈光合速率等。[結(jié)論]半鈣無鎂的營養(yǎng)液配方表現(xiàn)最好,顯著提高生菜和品質(zhì),且栽培效果優(yōu)于全營養(yǎng)液配方。60L營養(yǎng)液中添加100-200g高爐渣,對生菜的生長、品質(zhì)都起到明顯的促進(jìn)作用,可以提高生菜的葉綠素含量和光合作用性能。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the formula of hydroponic groundwater suitable for lettuce growth and the effect of adding blast furnace slag on the growth of hydroponic lettuce.[methods] lettuce (GRAND RAPIDS TBR) was used as the experimental material. After 45 days of planting, the morphological indexes of lettuce were measured by hydroponics, with the formula of total element, no calcium and magnesium, half calcium without magnesium, half magnesium without calcium, and half calcium and half magnesium.Effects of nutritional indicators.After 45 days of planting, the effects of 0100200300g blast furnace slag on the morphology, nutrition index and photosynthetic index of lettuce were determined.[results] 1the formula of semicalcium-magnesium free nutrient solution significantly increased plant height, fresh weight of shoot, vitamin C, vitamin E, chlorophyll and so on, compared with CK and other treatments.Under the condition of adding 100 and 200 g blast furnace slag to 60L nutrient solution, the growth condition of lettuce was good, and the growth of lettuce was strong, and the plant height, fresh weight of shoot and dry weight of aboveground were significantly increased by adding 100 g blast furnace slag.Vitamin E content, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, transpiration rate and 200g blast furnace slag significantly increased the contents of soluble sugar, chlorophyll and net photosynthetic rate.[conclusion] the formula of semicalcium-magnesium free nutrient solution has the best performance, and obviously improves the lettuce and quality, and the effect of cultivation is better than that of adding 100-200g blast furnace slag to the nutrient solution of total nutrient solution .60L, which plays a significant role in promoting the growth and quality of lettuce.It can improve chlorophyll content and photosynthesis performance of lettuce.
