8個紫花苜蓿品種抗旱、抗寒性分析研究

【摘要】:紫花苜蓿(MedicagosativaL.)是我國最重要的豆科牧草之一,其抗逆性的研究對苜蓿品種的選擇和布局至關(guān)重要。本研究通過對新牧2、三得利、賽迪5、WL-656、WL-168、WL-903、WL-712、WL-343的抗旱性、抗寒性進(jìn)行初步的分析,擬為引進(jìn)品種在我國進(jìn)一步的栽培利用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。研究結(jié)果如下:1.通過10%PEG模擬干旱處理,采用水培法研究8個苜蓿品種的抗旱性,測定其干旱脅迫后植物體的根長、株高、鮮干比、游離脯氨酸含量和相對含水量五個抗早指標(biāo)。結(jié)果如下:在干旱脅迫下,8個苜蓿品種幼苗根系縮短(8.87%-29.40%)、株高減少(3.77%-15.89%),差異顯著(p0.05),且處理組脯氨酸含量與對照組相比呈上升趨勢(21.24%-39.04%),差異顯著(p0.05),干旱脅迫下苜蓿體內(nèi)生物量不斷累積,從而表現(xiàn)為鮮干比值降低(24.51%-37.81%)與相對含水量下降(13.31%-16.71%),差異顯著(p0.05)。將8個苜蓿品種的抗旱性進(jìn)行排序,其中抗旱性最強(qiáng)的是WL-168,最弱的為三得利,其余品種抗旱性強(qiáng)弱依次為:新牧2、WL-712、賽迪5、WL-343、WL-656、WL-903。2.通過4℃低溫處理苜蓿幼苗(具有三片真葉),在3d、5d、7d分別測定其低溫脅迫后植物體的根長、株高、鮮干比和相對電導(dǎo)率四個抗寒指標(biāo)。研究表明:8個苜蓿品種幼苗根系縮短(5.96%-21.51%)、株高降低(5.56%-15.88%),差異顯著(p0.05),鮮干比顯著下降(21.18%-36.64%)(p0.05),由于低溫對細(xì)胞膜的損害導(dǎo)致處理組的相對電導(dǎo)率與對照組的相比顯著上升,增加了(20.94%-37.50%)(p0.05)。將8個苜蓿品種的抗寒性進(jìn)行排序,其中抗寒性最強(qiáng)的是賽迪5,最弱的為WL-903,其余品種抗寒性強(qiáng)弱依次為:WL-168、WL-712、新牧2、WL-343、三得利、WL-656。本論文通過對8個苜蓿品種抗旱性和抗寒性的研究,初步研究結(jié)果表明:抗旱性和抗寒性都較強(qiáng)的品種都為WL-168、WL-712和賽迪5。研究結(jié)果可為引進(jìn)品種在我國的栽培種植提供一定科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Medicago sativa L.) is one of the most important legume forages in China, and its resistance to stress is very important to the selection and distribution of alfalfa varieties. To provide scientific basis for further cultivation and utilization of introduced varieties in China. The results are as follows: 1. The drought resistance of 8 alfalfa varieties was studied by 10%PEG simulated drought treatment, and the root length and plant height of 8 alfalfa varieties after drought stress were measured. Fresh / dry ratio, The results are as follows: under drought stress, the root system of 8 alfalfa varieties was shortened by 8.87-29.40m and the plant height decreased by 3.77- 15.890.The difference was significant (p 0.05), and the proline content of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The increasing trend was 21.24- 39.040.The difference was significant (p0.05). Under drought stress, the biomass of alfalfa accumulated continuously. The results showed that the ratio of fresh and dry decreased by 24.51-37.81) and the relative water content decreased by 13.31- 16.71.The drought resistance of 8 alfalfa varieties was ranked according to the order of drought resistance, among which WL-168 was the most drought-resistant and the weakest was Sanreji.
