復(fù)合微生態(tài)制劑對刺參幼參生長、水質(zhì)及免疫相關(guān)酶的影響

【摘要】:為探究飼料中添加不同種類的復(fù)合微生態(tài)制劑對刺參Apostichopus japonicus幼參生長、水質(zhì)及免疫相關(guān)酶的影響,用中草藥(黃芪、大青葉、穿心蓮、當(dāng)歸、陳皮、炒山楂、三七與金銀花)與益生菌(硝化細(xì)菌Nitrobacteria、光合細(xì)菌PSB、枯草芽孢桿菌Bacillus subtilis、海洋紅酵母Rhodotorula sp.)分別組合成5種不同的復(fù)合微生態(tài)制劑并與市售英偉(芽孢桿菌)以1%的飼料添加比例于常規(guī)投喂體質(zhì)量為(0.5~5g)的幼參1周后定期投喂3周,記為試驗組,并設(shè)只投喂常規(guī)飼料的對照組,試驗期間每隔7d測定一次相關(guān)水質(zhì)指標(biāo),試驗4周左右后,測定幼參生長指標(biāo)與免疫相關(guān)酶活性。結(jié)果表明:除D組(益生菌組)外,其余試驗組存活率(SR)與K組(對照組)相比差異不顯著(P㧐0.05),B、C組(中草藥+益生菌組)稍高,且組間差異不顯著(P㧐0.05),F組(英偉組)增重率(BWG)及特定增長率(SGR)為最高,效果較好;水質(zhì)方面各組水體理化指標(biāo)呈不斷升高的趨勢,但降解氨態(tài)氮(NH3-N)方面試驗后期F組(英偉組)與B組(中草藥+益生菌組)、C組(中草藥+益生菌組)及E組(益生菌組)差異不顯著(P0.05),降解亞硝態(tài)氮(NO2--N)方面F組(英偉組)效果較好,各組水體可溶性性活性磷(PO4-P)含量普遍增加;免疫酶方面,各試驗組免疫酶活性普遍高于對照組,其中A組(中草藥組)、F組(市售英偉組)堿性磷酸酶(AKP)活性顯著高于K組(對照組)(P㩳0.05),且組間差異不顯著(P㧐0.05),C組(中草藥+益生菌組)酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性為最高,過氧化氫酶(CAT)活性D組(益生菌組)相對較低,但D組(益生菌組)溶菌酶(LSZ)活性為最高,其余各組間差異不顯著(P㧐0.05),A組(中草藥組)總超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性為最高,顯著高于其余各組(P㩳0.05)。試驗結(jié)果表明,飼料中添加一定比例不同種類的復(fù)合微生態(tài)制劑對刺參幼參的生長及水質(zhì)改良有一定的促進(jìn)作用,且能夠顯著提高刺參幼參一些免疫相關(guān)酶的活性。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effects of different kinds of compound microecological agents on the growth, water quality and immune-related enzymes of Apostichopus japonicus young ginseng, Chinese herbal medicines (Astragalus membranaceus, Radix Isatidis, andrographis paniculata, Angelica sinensis, Radix angelicae, Pericarpium sinensis, fried Hawthorn) were used. Panax notoginseng and honeysuckle) and probiotics (nitrifying bacteria Nitrobacter sp., photosynthetic bacteria PSBs, Bacillus subtilis Bacillus, marine red yeast Rhodotorula sp. The feeding ratio was 3 weeks after 1 week, when the body weight of the regular feeding was 0.5g. It was recorded as the experimental group, and the control group was only fed with conventional feed. During the experiment, the relevant water quality indexes were measured every 7 days, and after 4 weeks of test, The results showed that the survival rate of group D (probiotics) was not significantly different from that of group K (control group) except for group D (probiotics). Group C (Chinese herbal probiotics group) was slightly higher, and the difference between groups was not significant (P > 0.05). The weight gain rate (BWGR) and specific growth rate (SGR) were the highest in group F (Yingwei group), and the effect was better, and the physicochemical index of water in each group showed an increasing trend in water quality. However, there was no significant difference between group F (Yingwei group) and group B (probiotics group of Chinese herbal medicine) and group E (probiotics group) in the degradation of ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N). (Yingwei group) has a better effect. The content of soluble active phosphophosphate (PO4-P4) in the water of each group increased generally, and the activity of immune enzyme in each experimental group was generally higher than that in the control group. The activity of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in group A (Chinese herbal medicine group) and group F (marketable Yingwei group) was significantly higher than that in group K (control group). The difference between groups was not significant (P > 0.05). The activity of acid phosphatase (ACPP) was the highest in group C (probiotics group) and lower in group D (probiotics group), but the activity of lysozyme LSZ was the highest in group D (probiotics group). The activity of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) in group A (Chinese herbal medicine) was the highest, which was significantly higher than that in other groups. The results showed that the addition of certain proportion of different kinds of compound microecological agents to the feed could promote the growth and water quality improvement of young ginseng, and could significantly improve the activities of some immune-related enzymes of young ginseng.
