基于嵌入式技術(shù)的蟲害測報系統(tǒng)的研制

【摘要】:農(nóng)作物蟲害常常對作物造成嚴(yán)重危害,使農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟遭受損失。預(yù)測預(yù)報蟲害的發(fā)生動態(tài),可以使蟲害防治工作得以有目的、有計劃的進行,進而減少農(nóng)業(yè)損失。傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)作物蟲害測報方法是由植保人員到田間以人工計數(shù)方式獲得誘捕到的蟲害數(shù)據(jù)。這種方式存在工作量大,效率低和精度差等問題,已經(jīng)無法滿足人們對蟲害測報實時性和準(zhǔn)確性的需求。隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備都安裝有傳感器模塊和無線通信模塊,使得數(shù)據(jù)從采集到無線傳輸都實現(xiàn)了自動化。本文根據(jù)農(nóng)田現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)采集和發(fā)送的特點,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的技術(shù)水平,設(shè)計了一套適合野外工作的、高性能和方便蟲害信息查看的智能蟲害測報系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)利用生物性誘劑將害蟲誘入具有特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的捕蟲器中,然后結(jié)合設(shè)計的雙層紅外傳感器和溫濕度傳感器檢測器,實現(xiàn)蟲害和溫濕度信息的采集和處理,將采集到的數(shù)據(jù)通過無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù),存儲到指定的服務(wù)器。本文設(shè)計的雙層紅外傳感器能夠有效的提高蟲害統(tǒng)計的準(zhǔn)確性,采用服務(wù)器存儲和處理獲取的數(shù)據(jù),為測報人員提供Web網(wǎng)頁端和App端兩種方式獲取實時測報信息。系統(tǒng)分為田間采集設(shè)備和應(yīng)用服務(wù)兩大部分。田間采集設(shè)備由蟲害和溫濕度信號采集節(jié)點和數(shù)據(jù)匯聚節(jié)點兩部分組成。信號采集節(jié)點采用Microchip公司的PIC18F452芯片作為控制器,完成蟲害信號和溫濕度信號采集。采用成都億佰特公司的E31-TTL-50 433M無線通信模塊實現(xiàn)將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送至數(shù)據(jù)匯聚節(jié)點。匯聚節(jié)點采用SAMSUNG ARM11系列的S3C6410嵌入式微處理器作為核心器件,負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)處理及通過GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)向服務(wù)器發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)。應(yīng)用服務(wù)由Web網(wǎng)頁和Android App兩部分構(gòu)成。測報人員可以通過網(wǎng)頁或者App實時獲取測報數(shù)據(jù),及時有效的掌握田間蟲害發(fā)生情況。本蟲害測報系統(tǒng)不僅能夠減輕測報人員的工作負(fù)擔(dān),而且使統(tǒng)計更準(zhǔn)確,同時也使得測報工作更加簡單便捷。
[Abstract]:Crop pests often cause serious damage to crops and cause losses to the agricultural economy. Forecasting the occurrence and dynamics of pests can enable the prevention and control of pests to be carried out in a purposeful and planned manner. In order to reduce agricultural losses, the traditional method of crop pest forecasting is to obtain the captured pest data by manual counting from plant protection personnel to the field. This method has many problems, such as heavy workload, low efficiency and poor precision, etc. With the rapid development of information technology, more and more data acquisition devices are equipped with sensor module and wireless communication module. According to the characteristics of field data acquisition and transmission, combined with the existing technical level, a set of field work is designed. Intelligent pest detection and reporting system with high performance and convenient viewing of pest information. The system uses biological attractant to lure insect pests into insect catcher with special structure, and then combines the designed double layer infrared sensor and temperature and humidity sensor detector, Through wireless network communication technology, the collected data can be stored to the designated server. The double-layer infrared sensor designed in this paper can effectively improve the accuracy of pest statistics. Using servers to store and process acquired data, The system is divided into two parts: field acquisition equipment and application service. Field acquisition equipment is composed of pest and temperature and humidity signal acquisition nodes and data collection. The signal acquisition node uses the PIC18F452 chip of Microchip company as the controller. The pest signal and temperature and humidity signal are collected. The E31-TTL-50 433M wireless communication module of Chengdu E31-TTL-50433M is used to transmit the data to the data convergence node. The sink node uses the S3C6410 embedded microprocessor of SAMSUNG ARM11 series as the core device. Responsible for data processing and sending data to server via GPRS network. Application service consists of two parts: Web web page and Android App. Surveyors can obtain real-time data through web page or App. The pest forecasting system can not only lighten the workload of the personnel, but also make the statistics more accurate, and make the forecasting work more simple and convenient.
