種源與環(huán)境因子對楓香葉色變化的影響

【摘要】:楓香(Liquidambar formosana Hance)為金縷梅科(Hamamelidaceae)楓香屬(Liquidambar L)植物。本文嘗試對不同種源的楓香在不同環(huán)境條件下葉片色素含量變化及其呈色響應(yīng)開展試驗(yàn)研究,對楓香秋葉著色和環(huán)境因子的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行初步探討,進(jìn)而分別從溫度和光質(zhì)2個方面研究分析環(huán)境因子對楓香秋葉著色的影響,從而為楓香育種和科學(xué)管護(hù)以及彩葉樹的景觀培育提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。主要結(jié)果如下:1.4個楓香家系葉片顏色在不同環(huán)境下有不同的變化趨勢,同一環(huán)境下不同楓香家系葉片變化也顯著不同。其中17號家系在轉(zhuǎn)色期大部分葉片由綠色變?yōu)樯罴t色,而14號家系葉片顏色變化不顯著。4個家系葉片中的色素以及可溶性糖含量有顯著差異。總之,秋冬季楓香葉色變化是多種因素的綜合作用的結(jié)果,最直接的原因是色素成分和比例的改變,而糖分、溫度、濕度等是葉片呈色重要的內(nèi)外因子。2.2個楓香家系葉片顏色在低溫處理下有相同的變化趨勢,同一低溫處理下2個楓香家系葉片變化則顯著不同。其中17號家系在試驗(yàn)中期即有葉片開始變色,在試驗(yàn)后期,6℃處理組大部分葉片變?yōu)榧t色,而14號家系葉片顏色變化不顯著。而與色素合成相關(guān)的幾個代謝產(chǎn)物含量在2個楓香家系之間也有顯著差異?傊,低溫可以使楓香葉片葉色發(fā)生顯著改變,低溫脅迫后2個家系色素合成途徑可能有所不同,這可能是造成2個家系在低溫環(huán)境中有不同色彩表現(xiàn)的原因之一。3.2個楓香家系葉片顏色在光質(zhì)處理下有相同的變化趨勢,紅光處理可以促進(jìn)葉綠素合成;藍(lán)光處理可以促進(jìn)楓香葉片積累更多的花青素。但在整個轉(zhuǎn)色期2個楓香家系葉色均沒有顯著變化,這可能與試驗(yàn)期間溫度不低有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Liquid ambar formosana (Hance) is a plant of Hamamelidaceae. This paper attempts to study the changes of leaf pigment content and its color response in different provenances of Maple (Hamamelidaceae) under different environmental conditions. The correlation between coloring of autumn leaves and environmental factors was preliminarily discussed, and the effects of environmental factors on coloring of autumn leaves were studied from two aspects of temperature and light quality, respectively. The main results are as follows: 1.The leaf color of 4 Maple families has different trends in different environments. In the same environment, the leaf changes of different families were also different, and most of the leaves of family 17 changed from green to dark red in the period of color conversion. However, there was no significant change in leaf color in family 14. There were significant differences in pigment and soluble sugar content in leaves of four families. In short, the color change of Maple leaves in autumn and winter was the result of a combination of many factors. The most direct reason is the change of pigment composition and proportion, while sugar, temperature and humidity are the important internal and external factors of leaf color. 2.2 Maple families have the same change trend in leaf color under low temperature treatment. Under the same low temperature treatment, the leaf changes of the two families were significantly different, among them, the leaves of family 17 began to discolor in the middle period of the experiment, and most of the leaves in the treatment group of 6 鈩,
