氟唑菌酰胺在土壤中的吸附、遷移及水中降解特性研究

【摘要】:通過室內(nèi)模擬實驗,探究了氟唑菌酰胺在土壤中吸附-解吸、遷移及水中降解特性。(1)優(yōu)化了氟唑菌酰胺在水、土壤中的殘留分析條件,方法的準(zhǔn)確度和精密度均滿足農(nóng)藥殘留分析的要求。在0.05~100 mg.L-1范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,線性相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.9999。水樣中添加水平為0.1~1.0 mg.L-1,平均回收率為81.21%~84.56%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.38%~0.85%。土壤中添加水平為1.0~10.00mg.kg-1,平均回收率為81.76%~100.45%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.71%~4.27%。(2)氟唑菌酰胺在土壤中吸附遵循準(zhǔn)二級吸附動力學(xué),過程包含兩個階段,第一階段吸附速率大于第二階段。以初始濃度為0.5 mg.L-1為例,黃壤中兩階段KWM分別為0.753,0.213,紫色土中分別為0.456,0.160。(3)在黃壤、紫色土中屬于弱吸附。Freundlich模型吸附常數(shù)Kf-ads值分別為7.276和3.437,有機質(zhì)吸附常數(shù)KOM分別為25.008、11.814。解吸過程存在遲滯效應(yīng)。滯后系數(shù)H分別為0.990,0.903。(4)根據(jù)《化學(xué)農(nóng)藥環(huán)境安全評價試驗準(zhǔn)則》,氟唑菌酰胺在兩種土壤中屬于中等移動,Rf值在0.322~0.472之間。(5)氟唑菌酰胺在水中降解過程符合一級動力學(xué)方程。中性條件更有利于降解,溫度25℃時,pH 4、7、9的半衰期分別為81.7、35.3、55.8 d;溫度升高,降解速率增大,pH 7時,5℃、25℃、35℃的半衰期分別為101.2、42.2、25.8 d。氟唑菌酰胺在土壤中弱吸附性,較強的遷移性,難降解性,使其容易遷移進入深層土壤,甚至地下水,較長時間穩(wěn)定存在于水中,對地下水存在潛在危害。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the adsorption, desorption, migration and degradation of fluazolamide in soil were studied through laboratory simulation experiments. The analytical conditions of fluazolamide residues in water and soil were optimized. The accuracy and precision of the method meet the requirements of pesticide residue analysis. The linear relationship is good in the range of 0.05 mg.L-1.
