【摘要】:旋轉(zhuǎn)式分插機(jī)構(gòu)是高速水稻插秧機(jī)的核心工作部件,具有插秧效率高、機(jī)械振動(dòng)小的特點(diǎn),在我國應(yīng)用廣泛。目前高速插秧機(jī)主要以日本三家企業(yè)所設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品為主,在目前的農(nóng)村合作社中,同時(shí)使用這三種插秧機(jī)的情況十分普遍。但是,由于三家企業(yè)所設(shè)計(jì)的高速插秧機(jī)分插機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸不同,使得其彼此之間不能互換安裝,給插秧機(jī)的維修保養(yǎng)工作帶來不便。本文主要研究了如何以上述三種分插機(jī)構(gòu)中的一款為基礎(chǔ),通過更換個(gè)別零件,可以與其中另一款尺寸較接近的分插機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行互換,以實(shí)現(xiàn)分插機(jī)構(gòu)零件的通用化。本論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和結(jié)論如下:1)研究了國內(nèi)外水稻種植機(jī)械的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,著重分析了旋轉(zhuǎn)式分插機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀。對(duì)目前市場(chǎng)上常見的三種旋轉(zhuǎn)式分插機(jī)構(gòu)從工作原理、秧針運(yùn)動(dòng)的靜軌跡和結(jié)構(gòu)上進(jìn)行了通用化設(shè)計(jì)的可行性研究,選取久保田分插機(jī)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ)分插機(jī)構(gòu),井關(guān)分插機(jī)構(gòu)為被互換分插機(jī)構(gòu),提出了分插機(jī)構(gòu)通用化設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)方案。2)根據(jù)井關(guān)分插機(jī)構(gòu)的秧針靜軌跡和通用齒輪盒的齒輪中心距,提出了互換分插機(jī)構(gòu)非圓齒輪行星系總傳動(dòng)比和分傳動(dòng)比的計(jì)算方法;基于人機(jī)交互界面的輔助優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)分析方法,采用多組假設(shè)函數(shù)進(jìn)行求解,得到最優(yōu)的分傳動(dòng)比,研究出了互換分插機(jī)構(gòu)的非圓齒輪傳動(dòng)系。3)采用adams虛擬樣機(jī)仿真分析了互換分插機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)特性,驗(yàn)證了本文提出的互換分插機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法的正確性,同時(shí),對(duì)個(gè)別不能參加互換的零件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。4)研制了通用化分插機(jī)構(gòu)的樣機(jī)。田間試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了本文求得的互換分插機(jī)構(gòu)可以滿足插秧的農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)要求,所插秧苗直立性好,傷秧少,說明本文設(shè)計(jì)的互換分插機(jī)構(gòu)秧針靜軌跡與原井關(guān)分插機(jī)構(gòu)的秧針靜軌跡差別很小,秧針的運(yùn)動(dòng)姿態(tài)正確,實(shí)現(xiàn)了久保田和井關(guān)高速插秧機(jī)分插機(jī)構(gòu)之間的互換。
[Abstract]:Rotary transplanting mechanism is the core part of high speed rice transplanter. It has the characteristics of high transplanting efficiency and low mechanical vibration. It is widely used in our country. At present, the high speed transplanter is mainly designed by three Japanese enterprises. In the present rural cooperative, it is very common to use these three transplanters at the same time. Because of the different structure and size of the high speed transplanter designed by the three enterprises, it can not be interchangeable and installed among them. This paper mainly studies how to replace individual parts on the basis of one of the three kinds of transplanting mechanism. Can be exchanged with one of the more similar size of the splitter mechanism. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1) the development status of rice planting machinery at home and abroad is studied. The development trend and technical status of rotary splitter mechanism are analyzed emphatically, and the working principle of three kinds of rotary splitter mechanism in the market at present is analyzed. The feasibility of general design was studied on the static track and structure of seedling needle movement. The mechanism of dividing and inserting in Kubaotian was selected as the basic mechanism, and the mechanism of dividing and inserting in the well was interchangeable. According to the stillness track of the seedling needle and the gear center distance of the common gear box, the technical scheme of the general design of the split-and-insert mechanism is put forward. The calculation method of the total transmission ratio and the shunt transmission ratio of the non-circular gear planetary system of the interchangeable splitter mechanism is presented. Based on the man-machine interaction interface, the optimization design analysis method is used to solve the problem, and the optimal split transmission ratio is obtained by using a number of hypothetical functions. The non-circular gear transmission system. 3) the kinematics characteristics of the interchangeable splitter mechanism are analyzed by adams virtual prototype simulation. The correctness of the design method proposed in this paper is verified. Some parts that can not be exchanged were designed. 4) the prototype of the universal dividing and transplanting mechanism was developed. The field experiment proved that the interchangeable transplanting mechanism could meet the agricultural technical requirements of seedling transplanting. The results showed that the static track of seedling needle designed in this paper was very little different from that of the original well closing mechanism, and the movement posture of seedling needle was correct. The exchange between the dividing and transplanting mechanism of Kubaotian and Jingguan high speed transplanter is realized.
