營養(yǎng)液中添加不同劑量黃腐酸對基質(zhì)栽培黃瓜生長、品質(zhì)及產(chǎn)量的影響

【摘要】:黃瓜(Cucumis sativus L.),葫蘆科黃瓜屬植物。是一種世界性的重要蔬菜作物,也是我國設(shè)施栽培中面積較大、種植范圍較廣的主要蔬菜作物之一。黃腐酸(fulvic acid,FA)是一種溶于水的灰黑色粉末狀物質(zhì)。已有的大量研究結(jié)果表明,黃腐酸能促進植物生長,對提高植株抗逆能力,增產(chǎn)和改善品質(zhì)方面具有重要作用。本試驗通過研究在微咸水灌溉和淡水灌溉兩種生長環(huán)境下營養(yǎng)液中添加不同劑量黃腐酸對設(shè)施栽培黃瓜生長、品質(zhì)和產(chǎn)量的影響,旨在確定出鹽漬環(huán)境和正常環(huán)境下設(shè)施栽培黃瓜專用營養(yǎng)液最適黃腐酸添加濃度。主要研究結(jié)果如下:微咸水灌溉條件(1)黃瓜營養(yǎng)生長前期黃腐酸最適添加濃度為100mg/L,后期為800mg/L。(2)黃腐酸添加濃度為100mg/L顯著降低黃瓜果實總酸度,顯著提高黃瓜果實可溶性糖含量;50mg/L的黃腐酸顯著提高黃瓜果實Vc含量。(3)黃腐酸添加濃度為100mg/L的處理具有最高的總產(chǎn)量和黃瓜座果數(shù)。淡水灌溉條件(1)綜合分析,在黃瓜營養(yǎng)生長階段,營養(yǎng)液中添加不同劑量黃腐酸對黃瓜植株生長影響不顯著。(2)黃腐酸添加濃度為50~1600mg/L的處理黃瓜果實硝酸鹽含量與對照相比具有顯著差異,其中黃段添加濃度為50mg/L的果實硝酸鹽含量最低;添加濃度為50mg/L顯著提高黃瓜果實可溶性糖和Vc含量,顯著降低果實總酸度。(3)黃腐酸添加濃度為200mg/L的處理具有最高的平均單果重和總產(chǎn)量。
[Abstract]:Cucumis sativus L., Cucurbitaceae, is an important vegetable crop in the world and has a large area in protected cultivation in China. Fulvic acid (FA) is a kind of gray and black powder substance soluble in water, which has been shown by a large number of research results. Fulvic acid can promote plant growth and enhance plant stress resistance. This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different doses of fulvic acid on the growth of greenhouse cucumber under two growing conditions: brackish water irrigation and fresh water irrigation. The effect of quality and yield. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum concentration of fulvic acid added to the special nutrient solution for cucumber cultivation in saline environment and normal environment. The main results are as follows: irrigation condition of brackish water. The optimum concentration of fulvic acid in cucumber was 100 mg / L. The total acidity of cucumber fruit was significantly decreased and the soluble sugar content of cucumber fruit was significantly increased by adding 100 mg / L fulvic acid to 100 mg / L fulvic acid at later stage. 50 mg / L fulvic acid significantly increased the VC content of cucumber fruit. 3) the treatment with 100 mg / L fulvic acid had the highest total yield and fruit number of cucumber. Comprehensive analysis. In the vegetative growth stage of cucumber. The effect of different doses of fulvic acid on cucumber plant growth was not significant. The nitrate content of cucumber fruit treated with fulvic acid was significantly different from that of the control at the concentration of 50 ~ 1600mg / L. The content of nitrate was the lowest at the concentration of 50 mg / L in yellow segment. The concentration of 50 mg / L increased the content of soluble sugar and VC in cucumber fruit. The treatment with a concentration of 200 mg / L of fulvic acid had the highest average fruit weight and total yield.
