【摘要】:三七作為一種珍貴并且古老的中草藥,其藥用價值極高。云南省作為中國三七生產(chǎn)和加工規(guī)模最大的省份,一直高度重視三七種植的規(guī)范化。三七紅籽于每年年末播種,次年年末進行移栽。目前,由于三七種苗沒有系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的分類,直接由人工移栽,這對于其后續(xù)的生長和產(chǎn)量有著很大的影響。由于人們對于三七種苗的物理機械特性認(rèn)識不夠,很難設(shè)計出一種適合三七規(guī)范化移栽的機械,所以現(xiàn)階段市場上并沒有針對三七種苗的移栽機械。人工移栽不但對勞動力需求過大,還會導(dǎo)致第三年收獲的三七質(zhì)量參差不齊。因此,全面認(rèn)識三七種苗的物理機械特性與合理的分級可以為三七種苗的移栽機的設(shè)計提供有力的數(shù)據(jù)支撐,是三七種苗移栽機設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)。本研究先對生長在云南省內(nèi)各個產(chǎn)地的三七種苗進行了系統(tǒng)的研究,運用統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件對收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進行處理,提出了科學(xué)的分類方法,將三七種苗劃分等級。對已經(jīng)分好級別的三七種苗一些物理機械特性進行了研究。最后,提出一種基于圖像處理的三七種苗的分級方法,并進行試驗驗證。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容、方法與結(jié)論如下:(1)研究三七種苗的質(zhì)量等級。本文對三七道地產(chǎn)地和新產(chǎn)地10個不同的地方對一年生的三七種苗進行采集,對其基本的形狀參數(shù)運用SPSS軟件進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,并根據(jù)已有文獻和國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對三七種苗進行分析,從而得出一個科學(xué)有效的分級方法和等級劃分。(2)參考農(nóng)業(yè)物料學(xué)與農(nóng)業(yè)固體物料的物理機械特性的測定方法,對不同等級的三七種苗的單株重、體積、密度、含水率等基本物理機械特性進行測定,并按照GB/T1928-2009《木材物理力學(xué)試驗方法總則》進行壓縮、剪切特性試驗,得到了單株重、根長和根直徑、密度、含水率與三七種苗等級的關(guān)系;最大軸向壓縮應(yīng)力、徑向壓縮應(yīng)力、軸向剪切應(yīng)力、徑向剪切應(yīng)力;平均軸向壓縮彈性模量、徑向壓縮彈性模量、軸向剪切模量、徑向剪切模量與泊松比。(3)利用Matlab軟件對采集到的三七種苗進行圖像處理及分析,得出三七種苗二值圖像的投影面積,并建立與三七種苗單株重的回歸方程。提出了基于圖像處理的三七等級的劃分方法。

Therefore, the physical and mechanical characteristics of a comprehensive understanding of the 37 seedlings with reasonable classification of 37 seedlings The data provide strong support for the design of transplanting machine, 37 seedling transplanting machine is designed. This study first made a systematic study on the growth of seedlings of 37 in Yunnan Province in various areas, are dealt with by the statistical software to collect data, put forward the scientific classification, the 37 grade of seedlings. 37 seedlings have good levels of some physical and mechanical properties were studied. Finally, put forward a method of classification of 37 seedlings based on image processing, and test. The main research contents, methods and conclusions are as follows: (1) the quality grade of 37 seedlings. The collection of the 37 estate. And the new origin of 10 different places on the annual 37 seedlings, statistical analysis of the basic shape parameters by using SPSS software, and according to the existing literature and the national standard of 37 seedlings were analyzed, so as to obtain a scientific and effective method of classification and classification.
