【摘要】:雞體溫是反映雞健康的一項重要指標。這主要體現(xiàn)在兩個方面:(1)了解雞體溫的變化規(guī)律有利于更好的了解雞飲水、吃食的生活習性,尤其對研究雞產蛋期間各種行為有非常重要的作用。(2)雞是恒溫動物,依靠產熱、隔熱、散熱維持體溫的恒定,體溫變化表征雞的健康狀態(tài)。目前我國流行的雞的常見疫病均表現(xiàn)出體溫異常變化的特征,因此通過監(jiān)測雞體溫變化,預測雞生病、死亡對大型養(yǎng)殖場預防疫病傳播尤為重要,同時也為我們更多更好地了解雞的日常行為提供了數(shù)據支持;谝陨显,本文開發(fā)了一種蛋雞穿戴式無線體溫感知設備,并基于無線體溫感知設備開展了對于海蘭褐蛋雞體溫監(jiān)測的一系列實驗研究,從而找出蛋雞在日常行為下體溫變化及雞生病、死亡前后的溫度變化規(guī)律。本文主要研究內容包括:(一)針對現(xiàn)有無線通訊方式不能滿足養(yǎng)殖場現(xiàn)場應用問題及養(yǎng)殖對象的特殊性問題,開發(fā)了低功耗、小體積的可穿戴傳感器終端節(jié)點及無線+有線相結合的傳輸系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)由體溫節(jié)點、匯聚節(jié)點、路由節(jié)點、集中器節(jié)點及上位機控制軟件五部分組成。(二)采用設計的系統(tǒng)進行了蛋雞不同部位體溫測試的對比試驗,包括綁定在雞腿上、貼近雞胸、及插入雞的泄殖腔,發(fā)現(xiàn)雞翼下貼近雞胸為最適宜的位置。因為傳感器固定在雞翼下既能避免雞的啄食還能貼近皮膚表面,準確、穩(wěn)定的監(jiān)測體溫,同時對雞的日;顒痈蓴_小。(三)研究了蛋雞產蛋期間日;顒拥臏囟茸兓半u生病、死亡前后的溫度變化特征。(1)通過與環(huán)境溫度對比發(fā)現(xiàn)蛋雞體溫變化與環(huán)境溫度變化有很大相關性,日間環(huán)境溫度與雞體溫呈現(xiàn)顯著性相關(置信度為99%),夜間環(huán)境溫度也與雞體溫呈現(xiàn)顯著性相關(置信度為99%)。(2)蛋雞產蛋后會有溫度特征峰出現(xiàn)。產蛋的特征峰平均持續(xù)時長64 min,平均上升0.28℃,升溫變化慢,降溫變化較升溫變化快。(3)探究蛋雞飲水、吃食與體溫變化關系,發(fā)現(xiàn)連續(xù)的吃食具有使體溫上升和減緩體溫下降的作用。(4)實驗后期采用夜晚不關窗的方式加大晝夜溫差,使通風量增加,發(fā)現(xiàn)分別有雞生病和死亡。實驗數(shù)據顯示患有疾病的蛋雞,體溫會在一定時間段連續(xù)偏高。蛋雞死亡前后會有超過公認警戒溫度42℃且持續(xù)升溫,一段時間后快速下降至室溫的溫度變化,養(yǎng)殖中可將雞體溫變化作為判別生病、死亡的依據之一。(四)將無線體溫感知設備應用到大型養(yǎng)殖場進行實際養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境下的測試,在群體飼養(yǎng)、籠養(yǎng)條件下,雞對無線體溫傳感器節(jié)點表現(xiàn)出了很好的適應性,當雞飼養(yǎng)在正常溫度條件下的雞舍時,雞體溫在39℃至41℃區(qū)間變化,表現(xiàn)出與測試條件下一樣的晝夜變化節(jié)律及與環(huán)境溫度變化的顯著相關性。
[Abstract]:Chicken body temperature is an important index to reflect the health of chicken. This is mainly reflected in two aspects: (1) understanding the changing rule of chicken body temperature is beneficial to better understand the life habits of chicken drinking and eating, especially for studying various behaviors of laying hens during the laying period. (2) chicken is a constant temperature animal, relying on heat production, heat insulation, heat dissipation to maintain the constant temperature, temperature changes to characterize the health of the chicken. At present the common disease epidemic in China chicken showed characteristic changes in body temperature, therefore by monitoring the temperature change of chicken, chicken predict illness and death is particularly important for large farms to prevent the spread of disease, but also provide us more and better understanding of chicken's daily behavior provides data support. Based on the above reasons, this paper developed a wearable wireless temperature sensing device layer, and based on the wireless temperature sensing device to carry out a series of experiments for Hyline layers temperature monitoring, so as to find out the temperature variation of temperature in the daily behavior of hens and chickens, dead and sick. The main contents of this paper include: (1) aiming at the problem that the existing wireless communication methods can not meet the field application problems and the particularity of the breeding objects, a low power consumption and small volume wearable sensor terminal node and a wireless and cable transmission system are developed. The system is composed of five parts: body temperature node, converging node, routing node, concentrator node and host computer control software. (two) compared with hens in different parts of the temperature measurement system design, including the binding in the legs, chicken, and chicken to insert the cloaca, found close to the chicken chicken wings is the most suitable location. Because the sensor is fixed under the chicken wings, which can avoid the pecking of chickens and close to the skin surface. It can monitor the body temperature accurately and stably, and has little interference with the daily activities of chickens. (three) the temperature changes of daily activities during laying of laying hens and the characteristics of temperature changes before and after the illness and death of the chickens were studied. (1) by comparing with the ambient temperature, it is found that there is a great correlation between the temperature change of the laying hens and the change of ambient temperature. The daytime environment temperature is significantly correlated with the body temperature of chicken (the confidence level is 99%), and the night temperature is also significantly correlated with the body temperature of chicken (the confidence level is 99%). (2) there will be a temperature characteristic peak in laying hens after laying eggs. The average length of the egg production peak lasted 64 min, the average increase was 0.28 degrees C, the temperature change was slow, and the temperature change was faster than the temperature. (3) the relationship between drinking and eating hens and temperature changes, continuous eating utensils have found the temperature rise and slow drop in body temperature effect. (4) at the late stage of the experiment, the temperature difference between the day and night was increased by night without the window, and the amount of ventilation was increased, and the chickens were ill and died respectively. The experimental data showed that the chicken with the disease was in a continuous high temperature for a certain period of time. Before and after the death of the hens, there will be more than 42 days of the warning temperature and a constant temperature increase. After a period of time, the temperature changes rapidly down to room temperature. The chicken body temperature change can be used as a basis for judging the illness and death. (four) the wireless temperature sensing device applied to large farms for practical breeding environment test, in the group feeding, captive conditions, chicken of wireless temperature sensor nodes showed good adaptability when feeding in normal temperature conditions when the temperature changes in the chicken coop, 39 to 41 DEG C the interval, and test conditions showed significant correlation of diurnal rhythm of the same and the change of environmental temperature.
