“X石油公司測井項(xiàng)目招標(biāo)書”(第2-5章)翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告

隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的快速發(fā)展和“一帶一路”倡議的不斷深化,中國企業(yè)參與海外工程的招投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目日漸增多,標(biāo)書翻譯引起廣泛的關(guān)注,其重要性日益顯現(xiàn),其準(zhǔn)確程度決定著招投標(biāo)的成敗。本翻譯報(bào)告基于2.1萬字的X石油公司測井項(xiàng)目招標(biāo)書的翻譯實(shí)踐,內(nèi)容主要包括技術(shù)投標(biāo)、財(cái)務(wù)投標(biāo)、評(píng)估/選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及合同草案四個(gè)部分,明確了投標(biāo)的各方面要求以及雙方的權(quán)利和義務(wù),對招投標(biāo)活動(dòng)具有重要的參考價(jià)值。本報(bào)告將紐馬克文本類型理論用于指導(dǎo)招標(biāo)書的翻譯,主要采用了交際型翻譯法,以求譯文忠實(shí)于原文,準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)原文信息,同時(shí),重視交際功能,強(qiáng)調(diào)譯文信息接收的有效性。報(bào)告從詞匯、句法、篇章三個(gè)層面闡述了英文招標(biāo)書的文本特征,運(yùn)用典型實(shí)例,對翻譯過程中遇到的問題進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),探討了招標(biāo)書的翻譯方法。本報(bào)告進(jìn)一步拓展了文本類型理論對招投標(biāo)翻譯的指導(dǎo)作用,對招投標(biāo)文件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化翻譯有一定的借鑒作用。希望本報(bào)告能為石油項(xiàng)目招標(biāo)書翻譯的研究提供參考。
