勵(lì)志書籍是一種激勵(lì)人們進(jìn)步,幫助人們解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的書籍,在國內(nèi)各大電商及書店一直位于暢銷書列。該報(bào)告是基于勵(lì)志書籍《精神韌性:21個(gè)早晨計(jì)劃》的英漢翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告,節(jié)選內(nèi)容為第三章和第五章。該書總結(jié)了 21個(gè)晨間計(jì)劃,以此鍛煉精神韌性,培養(yǎng)良好習(xí)慣,提高工作效率,改變生活現(xiàn)狀,因此本次翻譯任務(wù)對(duì)于讀者來說具有實(shí)用價(jià)值。本翻譯報(bào)告共分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章介紹了翻譯項(xiàng)目的背景及本翻譯報(bào)告的意義;第二章詳述翻譯的全過程,其中包括譯前、譯中和譯后工作;第三章詳細(xì)介紹了奈達(dá)的功能對(duì)等理論及應(yīng)用于此文本的可行性;第四章從詞匯、句法和篇章三個(gè)層面出發(fā),結(jié)合典型譯例,詳細(xì)描述了譯者如何在功能對(duì)等理論指導(dǎo)下用自然的語言傳達(dá)原文意思,實(shí)現(xiàn)功能對(duì)等。譯者運(yùn)用了不同的翻譯策略以解決翻譯問題,包括漢語成語、意譯、詞性轉(zhuǎn)換、語序調(diào)整、銜接等。在第五章中,譯者對(duì)本次翻譯實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和反思,以對(duì)今后功能對(duì)等理論指導(dǎo)下的勵(lì)志類文本翻譯提供借鑒。通過此次翻譯實(shí)踐,譯者認(rèn)識(shí)到儲(chǔ)備大量翻譯理論和技巧是一名合格譯者的前提和基本要求,另外在勵(lì)志文本類的翻譯中,把握其語言風(fēng)格非常重要。
