本次實(shí)踐以美國當(dāng)代暢銷科普類書籍作家托馬斯·D·西利（Thomas D.Seeley）的科普著作《蜜蜂的生活:蜜蜂在野外不為人知的故事》（The Lives of Bees:The Untold Story of the Honey Bee in the Wild）的部分章節(jié)為例,進(jìn)行翻譯研究。直至近幾十年來,生物學(xué)家才將視角轉(zhuǎn)向蜜蜂在野外的生活。之前主要的研究方向,都主要集中于人工飼養(yǎng)蜂群的生活習(xí)性,而我們對(duì)蜜蜂在野外的生活卻知之甚少。該書對(duì)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)蜜蜂產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和人與自然的生態(tài)關(guān)系具有重要意義。鑒于該書目前沒有漢語譯本,譯者選擇了該書的第1、2章進(jìn)行翻譯,其中英文字?jǐn)?shù)為17533字,中文譯文為28492字。該報(bào)告主要從項(xiàng)目背景、翻譯過程、實(shí)例分析等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)該書的翻譯進(jìn)行了分析與探討。在該報(bào)告中,譯者主要對(duì)翻譯過程中遇到難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,并針對(duì)相關(guān)問題提出一些翻譯策略。本次翻譯過程中所遇到的難點(diǎn)主要分為兩個(gè)方面:詞法層面及句法層面。針對(duì)詞法層面的翻譯難點(diǎn),譯者主要采用了詞義選擇、詞義引申、音譯、直譯及詞性轉(zhuǎn)換等方法來解決相關(guān)問題。句法層面上,譯者主要采用了變?cè)~為句、句式重構(gòu)、順句操作及...
