介詞in,on和at的認(rèn)知多義研究

20世紀(jì)80年代,認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)興起并獲得廣泛關(guān)注。與之前的結(jié)構(gòu)主義語(yǔ)言學(xué),功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)和轉(zhuǎn)換生成語(yǔ)法相比,認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)最大的特點(diǎn)在于其對(duì)于語(yǔ)言意義本身的研究。認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)范疇之下的隱喻理論,轉(zhuǎn)喻理論,意象圖示,以及原型范疇等理論在語(yǔ)義研究領(lǐng)域都具有極強(qiáng)解釋力。多義研究聚焦詞語(yǔ)意義的研究。因此,多義研究與認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)的研究具有異曲同工之妙。這樣的相似性為認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)研究與多義研究的結(jié)合提供了基礎(chǔ)。本文選取三個(gè)空間介詞in,on和at作為研究對(duì)象,首先通過(guò)研究分析獲取了三個(gè)介詞的原型空間意義,并畫(huà)出三個(gè)介詞各自在空間域上的意象圖示;然后,以隱喻理論作為理論指導(dǎo),分別分析它們?cè)跁r(shí)間域,方式域,狀態(tài)域,社會(huì)關(guān)系域以及其他域的用法,并在這個(gè)過(guò)程中總結(jié)三個(gè)介詞各自用法的異同之處。本文從三個(gè)介詞空間域的用法出發(fā),通過(guò)隱喻理論將其研究范圍擴(kuò)展到時(shí)間域,方式域,狀態(tài)域以及邏輯關(guān)系域。這一方法對(duì)于介詞空間教學(xué)的啟發(fā)意義在于:學(xué)習(xí)者可以在分析介詞空間認(rèn)知意義的基礎(chǔ)上更好的理解其抽象意義。本文同時(shí)也證明了意象圖示,隱喻理論對(duì)于詞語(yǔ)多義現(xiàn)象具有很強(qiáng)的解釋力度。而認(rèn)知框架下的介詞意義分析為認(rèn)識(shí)世界和語(yǔ)言提供了一種新的方式。
