伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的澎湃浪潮,在各個(gè)國(guó)家的不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,中國(guó)也對(duì)世界敞開(kāi)了大門(mén),對(duì)外開(kāi)放使得我國(guó)與世界各國(guó)的溝通交流開(kāi)始增多,越來(lái)越頻繁的合作促進(jìn)了我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,也加快了我國(guó)國(guó)力的提升。跨國(guó)公司的迅速發(fā)展,大大推動(dòng)了國(guó)際資本流動(dòng),金融全球化進(jìn)程的步伐明顯在加速,新的世界形勢(shì)下,老舊傳統(tǒng)的貿(mào)易已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足多元化合作的需求,因此,需要探究更高更有效的合作模式。在中國(guó)與世界的合作中,經(jīng)濟(jì)往來(lái)是必不可少的。我國(guó)在許多領(lǐng)域和其他各國(guó)有所探求和交流。在眾多的合作談判中,工程合同便成為了至關(guān)重要的一部分。那么,如何讓多國(guó)公司更好地了解技術(shù)發(fā)展,準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤地理解工程條款與需求,合同翻譯工作則起到了不可替代的作用。筆者在實(shí)習(xí)期間為工作單位進(jìn)行翻譯工作,該公司從事神華國(guó)華印尼爪哇7號(hào)2× 1050MW燃煤發(fā)電工程在印尼的一系列工作,包括建筑、安裝以及調(diào)試等。發(fā)包方需要有合格的承包方就本項(xiàng)目D標(biāo)段#1機(jī)組主體及輸煤系統(tǒng)建筑工程進(jìn)行施工,且該承包方愿意從事上述工程施工。因此發(fā)包方需要就此工程與承包方簽署有關(guān)協(xié)議。此報(bào)告翻譯文本題材為印尼浙江能源建設(shè)有限公司與神華國(guó)華（印尼）爪哇發(fā)電有限公司的合同文件。譯者...
