伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的澎湃浪潮,在各個國家的不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,中國也對世界敞開了大門,對外開放使得我國與世界各國的溝通交流開始增多,越來越頻繁的合作促進(jìn)了我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,也加快了我國國力的提升�？鐕镜难杆侔l(fā)展,大大推動了國際資本流動,金融全球化進(jìn)程的步伐明顯在加速,新的世界形勢下,老舊傳統(tǒng)的貿(mào)易已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足多元化合作的需求,因此,需要探究更高更有效的合作模式。在中國與世界的合作中,經(jīng)濟(jì)往來是必不可少的。我國在許多領(lǐng)域和其他各國有所探求和交流。在眾多的合作談判中,工程合同便成為了至關(guān)重要的一部分。那么,如何讓多國公司更好地了解技術(shù)發(fā)展,準(zhǔn)確無誤地理解工程條款與需求,合同翻譯工作則起到了不可替代的作用。筆者在實習(xí)期間為工作單位進(jìn)行翻譯工作,該公司從事神華國華印尼爪哇7號2× 1050MW燃煤發(fā)電工程在印尼的一系列工作,包括建筑、安裝以及調(diào)試等。發(fā)包方需要有合格的承包方就本項目D標(biāo)段#1機(jī)組主體及輸煤系統(tǒng)建筑工程進(jìn)行施工,且該承包方愿意從事上述工程施工。因此發(fā)包方需要就此工程與承包方簽署有關(guān)協(xié)議。此報告翻譯文本題材為印尼浙江能源建設(shè)有限公司與神華國華（印尼）爪哇發(fā)電有限公司的合同文件。譯者...
