【摘要】：21世紀(jì)學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)外交流日益頻繁,中國(guó)的學(xué)術(shù)翻譯呈現(xiàn)出一片欣欣向榮的景象。隨著眾多海外漢學(xué)名著紛紛被引進(jìn)中國(guó),海外漢學(xué)書(shū)籍尤其是涉華史料的回譯受到了許多學(xué)者的關(guān)注,而如何保證涉華史料的翻譯質(zhì)量又具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)意義。"回譯"經(jīng)歷了學(xué)者從語(yǔ)言學(xué)到文化視角的解讀。后經(jīng)國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者王宏印、江慧敏等學(xué)者的研究,衍生出了"異語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作"和"無(wú)根翻譯"乃至是"無(wú)本翻譯"等概念,即:用一種外語(yǔ)描寫(xiě)本族文學(xué)場(chǎng)景可以稱為"異語(yǔ)書(shū)寫(xiě)",鑒于原語(yǔ)言中不并存在源文本,所以這種非典型的并無(wú)同一語(yǔ)言源本的回譯可以稱為"無(wú)本回譯",譯者力求在此類(lèi)文本的翻譯中實(shí)現(xiàn)文化上的折回。通過(guò)《海關(guān)稅務(wù)司的建立》的翻譯實(shí)踐,作者旨在探索涉華史料的無(wú)本回譯可參詢的翻譯策略和相應(yīng)問(wèn)題的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。作為重要?dú)v史文獻(xiàn),源文本中包含大量威妥瑪拼音、文化負(fù)載詞、專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)、多語(yǔ)言詞匯以及諺語(yǔ)等。本翻譯報(bào)告以源文本中第21章及第22章的部分內(nèi)容為重點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象,以翻譯實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ),分析總結(jié)了諸如增譯、意譯等翻譯方法,以及推測(cè)、查證和搜索等輔助翻譯技巧,意識(shí)到了信息搜索和查證在回譯實(shí)踐中的重要作用。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, academic exchanges with foreign countries become more and more frequent, and Chinese academic translation takes on a prosperous scene. As many overseas Sinology masterpieces have been introduced into China, many scholars have paid close attention to the translation of overseas Sinology books, especially the Chinese historical materials, and how to ensure the translation quality of Chinese historical materials is of great academic significance. " The back-translation has experienced scholars' interpretation from the perspective of linguistics to culture. Later, through the research of domestic scholars Wang Hongyin and Jiang Huimin, the concepts of "foreign writing", "rootless translation" and even "non-original translation" are derived. In other words, describing the literary scene in a foreign language can be called "heterolingual writing", in view of the fact that the source text does not exist in the original language. Therefore, this kind of atypical backtranslation without the same language source can be called "non-original translation", and the translator tries to achieve cultural reversion in the translation of this kind of text. Through the translation practice of the Establishment of the Department of Customs and Taxation, the author aims to explore the translation strategies and corresponding measures to deal with the problems in the translation of historical materials concerning China. As an important historical document, the source text contains a large number of Wade Pinyin, culture-loaded words, technical terms, multilingual words and proverbs. This translation report focuses on some of the contents of chapters 21 and 22 of the source text. Based on translation practice, this paper analyzes and summarizes translation methods such as addition and free translation, as well as assisted translation techniques such as speculation, verification and search. Realize the important role of information search and verification in the practice of back translation.
