【摘要】：明代太醫(yī)院作為國家重要的行政機(jī)構(gòu)之一,管理全國醫(yī)政,在全國醫(yī)療體系中處于核心地位。在中央集權(quán)思想的影響之下,明代醫(yī)藥行政管理形成了以太醫(yī)院為核心,自上而下各機(jī)構(gòu)相互協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作的醫(yī)藥管理體系。明代太醫(yī)院作為管理醫(yī)藥的中央機(jī)構(gòu),不僅負(fù)責(zé)宮廷醫(yī)療服務(wù),還肩負(fù)管理各醫(yī)藥機(jī)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作,以及協(xié)理各機(jī)構(gòu)疾疫救治等醫(yī)藥服務(wù)內(nèi)容之職責(zé)。太醫(yī)院對藥材的需求最為直接,藥材采購是其基本而極為重要的職責(zé)。由于藥材采購涉及到明朝生活的方方面面,因此,探討明代太醫(yī)院的藥材采購,是了解明代社會生活的一個重要窗口。本文主要從太醫(yī)院制度下各醫(yī)藥機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)置、藥材的采購的渠道、種類、經(jīng)費(fèi)、藥材消費(fèi)、藥材采購與明代醫(yī)療社會等方面,探討醫(yī)與藥之間的關(guān)系,分析明代太醫(yī)院藥材采購的運(yùn)作及與之相關(guān)的內(nèi)容。以期通過對明代太醫(yī)院藥材方面的研究,能對明代太醫(yī)院的研究有所增益,為當(dāng)今醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生問題的解決或改革提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important administrative organs in the Ming Dynasty, Taitai Hospital managed the national medical administration and played a central role in the national medical system. Under the influence of centralization thought, the medicine administration in Ming Dynasty formed a medical management system with Tai-hospital as the core and various organizations running harmoniously from top to bottom. As the central institution of medicine management in Ming Dynasty, the hospital is not only responsible for the court medical service, but also has the responsibility of managing the coordinated operation of various medical institutions, as well as associate medical services such as the treatment of disease and disease in various organizations. Tai Hospital has the most direct demand for medicinal materials, the procurement of medicinal materials is its basic and extremely important responsibility. As the procurement of medicinal materials involves all aspects of the life of the Ming Dynasty, it is an important window to understand the social life of the Ming Dynasty by discussing the procurement of medicinal materials in the Tai-hospitals of the Ming Dynasty. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between medicine and medicine from the aspects of the establishment of medical institutions under the Taihu hospital system, the channels, types, funds, consumption of medicinal materials, the procurement of medicinal materials and the medical society of the Ming Dynasty, etc. This paper analyzes the operation and related contents of the procurement of medicinal materials in Taizhou Hospital in Ming Dynasty. It is expected that the research on the medicinal materials of the Ming Dynasty Tai Hospital can benefit the research of the Ming Dynasty Tai Hospital, and provide some reference for the solution or reform of the medical and health problems.
