【摘要】：文化建設是"五位一體"現代化建設的重要組成部分,全面建成小康社會離不開農村文化的精神保障,開展農村群眾文化活動,是繁榮農村文化,建設社會主義文化的基礎工程,對于提高農村文明程度和農民文化素質,構建農村和諧社會,推動農村經濟轉型發(fā)展都具有不可替代的重要作用。隨著改革開放的深入推進,農村經濟得到快速發(fā)展的同時,精神文明建設并未同質發(fā)展,農民群眾富而思樂需求不能有效滿足,物質生活膨脹與精神生活斷裂樣態(tài)越發(fā)明顯,精神困惑、價值扭曲的社會問題伴隨而來,加強對農民群眾的人文關懷,豐富農民群眾的精神文化生活,保障農民群眾基本文化權益實現,增強農民群眾共享社會主義發(fā)展成果的獲得感和幸福感,越來越成為社會迫切關注的現實問題。黨的十八大報告指出:人民對于美好生活的向往就是我們奮斗的目標。積極順應廣大農民群眾的期盼,創(chuàng)造條件滿足農民群眾不同層次、多元化的精神文化需求,推動農村文化建設,豐富農民群眾文化生活,已成為當前開展農村工作一項十分重要的任務。因此,在全面建成小康社會的大背景下,剖析現階段我國農村群眾文化活動發(fā)展存在的困境,并提出可行性創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展路徑,具有重大的理論意義和現實意義。導論部分主要闡釋了選題緣由、研究意義、研究現狀等五個問題,著重在掌握國內外學者對農村群眾文化活動研究的相關成果基礎上,做出自己獨特的框架設計和理論創(chuàng)新,為論文系統的展開論述打好扎實的基礎。第一章,探討了我國開展農村群眾文化活動的理論依據和現實依據。本章節(jié)主要側重從學理的層面做好理論鋪墊,首先,探討了農村群眾文化活動的基本內涵;其次,立足于馬克思、恩格斯關于文化發(fā)展的基本理論、馬克思主義中國化成果關于文化發(fā)展的理論,運用馬克思主義關于發(fā)展農村群眾文化活動的基本立場、觀點、方法,結合西方馬斯洛需求理論,來進行學理的闡釋;最后,從開展農村群眾文化活動是提高農民群眾生活質量的重要渠道、宣傳普及社會主義核心價值觀的重要途徑等四個角度,對開展農村群眾文化活動現實必要性進行論證。第二章,分析了農村群眾文化活動的特點以及取得的成效。首先,對新中國成立以來我國農村群眾文化活動的歷史進程做了簡要概述,以便能夠更好把握理解農村群眾文化活動在不同時代背景下的內容和形式;其次,結合實例材料,把握事物的特殊性,闡釋了參與主體的群眾性、內容來源的生活性、形式表現的感性化等開展農村群眾文化活動的特點;最后,論述了現階段開展農村群眾文化活動取得的成效。第三章,解剖了現階段我國農村群眾文化活動發(fā)展的困境,并作出了實證的社會分析。一方面,從農村群眾文化活動的內容、形式、資金投入、人才隊伍、文藝團體等角度,解剖現階段我國農村群眾文化活動開展的困境,認清存在的現實問題;另一方面,對照群眾文化活動存在的癥結,從思想認識、資金投入、人才隊伍等角度入手,闡析了現階段農村群眾文化活動發(fā)展困境背后的深刻原因。第四章,提出了進一步推進我國農村群眾文化活動創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的路徑與對策。本章節(jié)以頂層設計和底層需求的有效對接為基本準則,以五大發(fā)展理念為指導,具體架構發(fā)展農村群眾文化事業(yè)和產業(yè)兩條路徑,從"送文化"外力嵌入激發(fā)農村群眾文化活動發(fā)展的鮮活力,"種文化"內生驅動培育農村群眾文化活動發(fā)展的生長力,"養(yǎng)文化"合力聯動供給農村群眾文化活動發(fā)展的創(chuàng)造力,可行性創(chuàng)新發(fā)展路徑和具體對策,以聚焦惠民的價值旨歸:讓農民群眾在共建社會主義文化中共享更多的成果為最終的落腳點。
[Abstract]:Cultural construction is an important part of the modernization of the "five in one". It is inseparable from the spiritual guarantee of the rural culture to build a well-off society in an all-round way. To carry out the cultural activities of the rural masses is the foundation of the prosperity of the rural culture and the construction of the socialist culture, and the improvement of the degree of rural literature and the cultural quality of the peasants and the construction of a harmonious society in the countryside. With the deepening of the reform and opening up and the rapid development of the rural economy, the construction of spiritual civilization has not been developed in the same quality, and the demand for the rich and thought of the farmers can not be effectively met, the expansion of the material life and the fracture of spiritual life are more obvious and spiritual bewilderment. The social problems of value distortion are accompanied by the eighteen major party's eighteen major issues: strengthening the humanistic care of the farmers, enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the farmers, ensuring the realization of the basic cultural rights and interests of the peasants, and enhancing the sense of gain and happiness of the peasants' sharing of the achievements of the socialist development. The report points out that the people's yearning for a better life is the goal of our struggle. It is very important to actively comply with the expectations of the masses of farmers, to create conditions to meet the farmers' different levels, to diversify their spiritual and cultural needs, to promote the construction of rural culture and to enrich the cultural life of the farmers. Therefore, in the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the dilemma of the development of the cultural activities of the rural masses at the present stage and to put forward the development path of the feasibility and innovation. The introduction mainly explains five problems, such as the reason for the topic, the significance of the research, the present situation and so on. On the basis of the relevant achievements of scholars at home and abroad on the study of rural mass cultural activities, make their own unique framework design and theoretical innovation, and lay a solid foundation for the discussion of the paper system. Chapter 1, the theoretical basis and practical basis for the development of rural mass cultural activities in China are discussed. First, the basic connotation of rural mass cultural activities is discussed. Secondly, based on Marx, Engels's basic theory of cultural development, the theory of Marx's Chinese achievements on cultural development, and the basic standpoint, viewpoint, method, and method of Marx's development of rural mass cultural activities. In the end, from four angles, four angles, such as the important channel for improving the quality of the peasants' mass life, the important way to popularize the core values of socialism, the necessity of carrying out the reality of the rural mass cultural living is demonstrated. The second chapter analyses the agriculture. The characteristics and achievements of the village mass cultural activities. First, a brief overview of the historical process of rural mass cultural activities in China since the founding of new China is made, so as to be able to better grasp the content and form of the cultural activities of the rural masses in different times. It explains the characteristics of the masses of the participants, the living nature of the content, the sensibility of the form, and the characteristics of the cultural activities of the rural masses. Finally, it expounds the achievements of the rural mass cultural activities at the present stage. The third chapter dissects the plight of the development of the cultural activities of the rural masses in the present stage and makes an empirical social division. On the one hand, from the point of view of the content, form, capital input, talent team and literary and artistic groups of the rural mass cultural activities, the plight of the current rural mass cultural activities in China is dissected and the existing problems are identified; on the other hand, the crux of the masses' cultural activities, from the perspective of ideological knowledge, capital investment, and the talent team. This chapter expounds the profound reasons behind the dilemma of the rural mass cultural activities at the present stage. The fourth chapter puts forward the path and Countermeasures to further promote the innovation and development of the rural mass cultural activities in China. This chapter takes the top level design and the bottom demand effective docking as the basic criterion, with the guidance of the five development concepts, and the concrete structure of the development. The two path of rural mass cultural undertakings and industry is to embed the fresh vitality of the rural mass cultural activities from the external force of "sending culture". The "seed culture" is driven by the "culture" to cultivate the growth of the rural mass cultural activities, and the joint force of "culture" provides the creativity of the development of the cultural activities of the rural masses, the path of the feasible innovation and development. The essence of Jiao Huimin's strategy is to let farmers share more achievements in building socialist culture as the final foothold.
