【摘要】：習(xí)近平主席提出"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想之后,中國政府經(jīng)過有條不紊的頂層設(shè)計,逐步優(yōu)化政策環(huán)境,完善合作機(jī)制,與沿線國家展開了全方位的雙邊及多邊合作,搭建起一個開放包容的國際合作平臺,一大批合作項目落地,戰(zhàn)略建設(shè)進(jìn)行得如火如荼,中國與沿線各國的交往也日益密切,漢語學(xué)習(xí)需求持續(xù)旺盛,作為中國語言文化傳播機(jī)構(gòu)的孔子學(xué)院,必將在"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略建設(shè)中發(fā)揮重要作用,孔子學(xué)院總部已召開多次研討會對此展開討論,漢語國際教育學(xué)界也做了大量研究,"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略已成為孔子學(xué)院研究方面的重要視角。中亞五國位于"一帶一路"核心地段,諸多建設(shè)項目已經(jīng)陸續(xù)展開,這里的孔子學(xué)院迫切需要調(diào)整自身定位與功能,融入并助力"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略建設(shè)。本文以中亞五國孔子學(xué)院為研究對象,以"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略需求為依據(jù),結(jié)合中亞五國的區(qū)域特色和戰(zhàn)略地位,歸納提煉該地區(qū)孔子學(xué)院在"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略背景下的功能,并在實踐方面提出相關(guān)的行動建議,為中亞五國孔子學(xué)院主動適應(yīng)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略建設(shè)提供借鑒和參考,也為孔子學(xué)院總部制定這一地區(qū)孔子學(xué)院的相關(guān)政策提供咨詢與建議。根據(jù)上述研究思路,將本文內(nèi)容分為六章,第一章是緒論,介紹選題背景與意義,說明研究方法,指出本文的創(chuàng)新點與重難點,對相關(guān)主題的研究現(xiàn)狀做一個綜述,界定本文核心概念;第二章介紹當(dāng)前中亞五國孔子學(xué)院概況及其功能,并對其功能做一個簡單評價;第三章對"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略需求進(jìn)行解讀,結(jié)合中亞五國發(fā)展需求,論述雙方利益的契合點,在此基礎(chǔ)上概括"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略背景下的孔子學(xué)院使命;第四章歸納提煉"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略需求下的中亞五國孔子學(xué)院功能,即宣傳造勢、調(diào)研咨詢、人才培養(yǎng)、矛盾調(diào)解四項功能;第五章為實現(xiàn)新形勢下中亞五國孔子學(xué)院功能提出相關(guān)行動建議;第六章對本文做一個小結(jié),指出本文研究的不足,并提出后續(xù)研究課題的設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:After President Belt and Road put forward the strategic concept of "Belt and Road", the Chinese Government gradually optimized the policy environment, perfected the cooperation mechanism, and carried out all-round bilateral and multilateral cooperation with the countries along the route through orderly top-level design.Setting up an open and inclusive international cooperation platform, a large number of cooperation projects fell to the ground, the strategic construction was in full swing, China's exchanges with countries along the line were increasingly close, and the demand for learning Chinese continued to be strong.The Confucius Institute, as a Chinese language and cultural transmission institution, will certainly play an important role in the strategic construction of "Belt and Road". The headquarters of the Confucius Institute has held many seminars to discuss this.Chinese international education has also done a lot of research, "Belt and Road" strategy has become an important perspective in the research of Confucius Institutes.The five Central Asian countries are located in the core area of "Belt and Road", and many construction projects have been carried out one after another. The Confucius Institute here urgently needs to adjust its own position and function, and integrate and help the strategic construction of "Belt and Road".Based on the strategic needs of Belt and Road and the regional characteristics and strategic status of the five Central Asian countries, this paper summarizes and refines the functions of Confucius Institutes in this region under the strategic background of "Belt and Road", taking the Confucius Institutes of the five countries of Central Asia as the research object, and taking the strategic needs of Belt and Road as the basis.And put forward relevant action suggestions in practice, to provide reference and reference for Confucius Institutes in five Central Asian countries to adapt to the strategic construction of "Belt and Road" on their own initiative.It also provides advice and advice for the headquarters of Confucius Institutes to formulate the relevant policies of Confucius Institutes in this area.According to the above research ideas, this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the topic, explains the research methods, points out the innovation and difficulties of this paper, and makes a summary of the current research situation of the related topics.Defining the core concept of this paper; chapter two introduces the current situation and function of Confucius Institutes in five Central Asian countries, and makes a simple evaluation of its function; the third chapter interprets the strategic needs of "Belt and Road" and combines the development needs of the five Central Asian countries.On the basis of discussing the common points of the interests of both sides, summarizing the mission of Confucius Institute under the strategic background of "Belt and Road", the fourth chapter summarizes the function of Confucius Institutes in the five countries of Central Asia under the strategic demand of "Belt and Road", that is, propaganda and momentum.Research and consultation, talent training, contradiction mediation four functions; the fifth chapter for the realization of the five Central Asian Confucius Institute function under the new situation, the fifth chapter to make a summary of this paper, pointing out the deficiencies of this study,And put forward the idea of the following research topic.
