【摘要】：目前,我國大力倡導(dǎo)“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”,加快推進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和升級,鼓勵創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,同時我國老百姓物質(zhì)生活條不斷提升,對具有文化內(nèi)涵的創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的需求量不斷增長,進而推動了越來越多文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的成立和成長。然而,絕大部分文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)處于成長的萌芽期,管理層的風(fēng)險意識較為薄弱,尚未建立風(fēng)險管理機制或風(fēng)險管理機制缺乏針對性或時效性。因此,對于處于高風(fēng)險領(lǐng)域的文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)來說,實施適用于文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)本身的風(fēng)險管理,提高風(fēng)險管理的效率效果,對于企業(yè)控制風(fēng)險、實現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略經(jīng)營目標至關(guān)重要。本文在內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)上采取先理論闡述再案例分析的結(jié)構(gòu)。理論闡述部分對文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)風(fēng)險管理進行了理論上的闡述,具體包括:文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)風(fēng)險的內(nèi)涵及特征、文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)風(fēng)險管理的概念、內(nèi)容及方法等方面。案例分析部分以HY傳媒股份有限公司的風(fēng)險管理作為案例進行了詳細的分析,首先對HY公司基本概況以及面臨的內(nèi)外部風(fēng)險做了一個基本的介紹,總結(jié)了HY公司風(fēng)險管理的基本情況和取得的成效;然后對目前HY公司在風(fēng)險管理存在的不足進行了分析;最后,針對其風(fēng)險管理實施過程中出現(xiàn)的不足,提出了完善風(fēng)險管理的對策建議。結(jié)合HY傳媒股份有限公司風(fēng)險管理案例的研究,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),HY公司風(fēng)險管理有一定成效但也存在一定不足,包括風(fēng)險管理組織機構(gòu)不健全、風(fēng)險識別和評估過程不科學(xué)不客觀、風(fēng)險應(yīng)對措施缺乏針對性、風(fēng)險管理文化建設(shè)不到位以及風(fēng)險管理活動缺乏必要的監(jiān)督與改進等問題。HY公司應(yīng)當(dāng)從以上問題著手加以改進,包含設(shè)置完善的風(fēng)險管理部門機構(gòu);采用科學(xué)適用的風(fēng)險識別方法;使用科學(xué)且符合自身經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)特點的風(fēng)險評估工具使評估過程科學(xué)化、客觀化;制定有針對性的風(fēng)險應(yīng)對措施;制定有關(guān)制度規(guī)章完善風(fēng)險管理監(jiān)督改進工作使其規(guī)范化、制度化、常態(tài)化等。
[Abstract]:At present, our country vigorously advocates "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", speeds up the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, encourages the development of innovative industries, and at the same time promotes the material life of our people.The demand for innovative products and services with cultural connotations has been increasing, thus promoting the establishment and growth of more and more cultural and creative enterprises.However, most of the cultural and creative enterprises are in the embryonic stage of growth, the risk awareness of the management is relatively weak, the risk management mechanism has not been established or the risk management mechanism is lack of pertinence or timeliness.Therefore, for the cultural and creative enterprises in the high risk field, it is very important to implement the risk management suitable for the cultural and creative enterprises and improve the efficiency of the risk management, for the enterprises to control the risks and realize the strategic business objectives.In this paper, the content of the structure of the first theoretical elaboration and then case analysis of the structure.The part of theory expatiates on the risk management of cultural and creative enterprises, including the connotation and characteristics of the risk of cultural and creative enterprises, the concept, content and method of risk management of cultural creative enterprises.The case analysis part takes the risk management of HY Media Co., Ltd. as the case for a detailed analysis. First of all, it makes a basic introduction to the basic situation of HY Company and the internal and external risks faced by HY Company.This paper summarizes the basic situation and achievements of risk management in HY Company, then analyzes the shortcomings of risk management in HY Company at present; finally, aiming at the shortcomings in the implementation of risk management,The countermeasures and suggestions to perfect risk management are put forward.Combined with the case study of risk management in HY Media Co., Ltd., the author finds that the risk management of HY Company has some achievements but also some shortcomings, including the unsound organization of risk management, the unscientific and unobjective process of risk identification and evaluation.Lack of pertinence of risk response measures, lack of construction of risk management culture and lack of necessary supervision and improvement of risk management activities.Adopt scientific and applicable risk identification methods; use scientific risk assessment tools that accord with the characteristics of their own business to make the evaluation process scientific and objective; formulate targeted risk response measures;Make rules and regulations, perfect risk management, improve supervision, standardize, institutionalize, normalize, etc.
