【摘要】：從19世紀開始,德國在政治、經濟、社會以及文化等諸多領域均發(fā)生了較為劇烈的變化,并逐漸完成了從前工業(yè)社會向工業(yè)社會的轉型,而這些都離不開農業(yè)經濟繁榮的長期支持。作為農業(yè)經濟繁榮的制度保障,德國農村土地私有產權的確立又可以回溯至德國在19世紀之前的農村土地狀況,以及在19世紀上半葉的農村土地私有改革。本文圍繞著德國以易北河為分界線的東部地區(qū)與西部地區(qū)之間的農業(yè)特征差異展開。緒論闡述了選題的意義和由來,以及國內外學者對德國農村土地私有產權的相關研究成果。第一章論述19世紀之前德國的農村土地狀況,考慮到土地狀況發(fā)展的連貫性,首先概述德國中世紀前期的農村土地制度演變,然后以15世紀農業(yè)危機為切入點,分析易北河以東地區(qū)和易北河以西地區(qū)在應對危機時的不同措施,繼而區(qū)分這兩個地區(qū)在土地狀況方面的差別。第二章從18世紀在德國各個地區(qū)就業(yè)已開始的農業(yè)先期改革著手,加之以重要的政治改革和社會改革,從而對普魯士以及除普魯士以外的德國各地區(qū)在19世紀的進一步農業(yè)改革的過程進行論述,并嘗試分析德國東部地區(qū)與西部地區(qū)之間農業(yè)改革的不同,進而分析這種不同對兩個地區(qū)的農民階層造成的影響,最后考察農業(yè)改革對農業(yè)社會經濟的影響。第三章對一戰(zhàn)前德國農村土地私有產權的狀況按照主要社會群體進行考察,即貴族、農民以及資產階級,為考察這三個主要社會群體內部的土地產權狀況,則進一步劃分這三個群體的社會階層,此外,對這三個群體之間的聯(lián)動也要予以關注。本文希望通過對德國農村土地狀況、農村土地改革以及農村土地私有產權的探究,闡釋德國從傳統(tǒng)國家向現(xiàn)代國家轉型成功背后的深層次原因,并力圖對近代德國的社會發(fā)展有一個更加全面的認識。
[Abstract]:Since the 19th century, Germany has undergone drastic changes in many fields, such as politics, economy, society and culture, and gradually completed the transformation from the former industrial society to the industrial society. As the institutional guarantee for the prosperity of the agricultural economy, the establishment of private property rights on rural land in Germany can be traced back to the rural land situation in Germany before the 19th century. And the reform of private ownership of rural land in the first half of the 19th century. This paper focuses on the differences of agricultural characteristics between the eastern and western regions of Germany, which are divided by the Elbe River. The first chapter discusses the state of rural land in Germany before the 19th century, considering the continuity of the development of the land situation. This paper first summarizes the evolution of rural land system in the early Middle Ages in Germany, and then, taking the agricultural crisis of the 15th century as the starting point, analyzes the different measures taken to deal with the crisis in the areas east of the Elbe River and west of the Elbe River. Then the difference between the two regions in terms of the state of the land. Chapter two begins with the early reform of agriculture, which was initiated in various parts of Germany in the 18th century, together with important political and social reforms. The paper discusses the process of further agricultural reform in the 19th century in Prussia and other German regions except Prussia, and tries to analyze the differences between the eastern and western regions of Germany. Then it analyzes the impact of this difference on the peasant stratum in the two regions, and finally examines the impact of the agricultural reform on the agricultural society and economy. Chapter three investigates the private property rights of rural land in Germany before the first World War according to the main social groups. That is, the aristocrats, peasants and the bourgeoisie, in order to examine the land property rights within these three major social groups, they further divided the social strata of these three groups. This paper hopes to explore the situation of rural land, rural land reform and private property rights of rural land in Germany. This paper explains the deep reasons behind the success of Germany's transition from a traditional country to a modern one, and tries to have a more comprehensive understanding of the social development of modern Germany.
