【摘要】：本文主要研究的是蘇聯(lián)內(nèi)務(wù)部在蘇聯(lián)核計(jì)劃制定和實(shí)施過程中所發(fā)揮的作用。原子彈的發(fā)明是20世紀(jì)最重要的事件之一,蘇聯(lián)原子彈的發(fā)明有著特殊的歷史意義,它打破了美國(guó)在這一領(lǐng)域的核壟斷。在蘇聯(lián)核計(jì)劃的制定和實(shí)施過程中,許多特殊機(jī)構(gòu)的組織和活動(dòng)值得我們注意,這其中就包括蘇聯(lián)內(nèi)務(wù)部。應(yīng)該指出,在蘇聯(lián)核計(jì)劃的歷史過程中,內(nèi)務(wù)部在保障對(duì)國(guó)家的政治領(lǐng)導(dǎo)以及搜集重要核情報(bào)、建設(shè)和保護(hù)重要核設(shè)施等方面都發(fā)揮了非常重要的作用,解決了蘇聯(lián)核計(jì)劃中的許多實(shí)際問題。本文將從以下三個(gè)方面展開論述,探究蘇聯(lián)內(nèi)務(wù)部在核計(jì)劃制定和實(shí)施過程中的作用。緒論部分主要介紹了本論文的選題意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和寫作思路以及本文的創(chuàng)新之處與不足。第二部分為本文的主體內(nèi)容,包括第二章、第三章、第四章和第五章,其中第三章、第四章和第五章是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。第二章主要介紹了蘇聯(lián)內(nèi)務(wù)部的成立和發(fā)展以及蘇聯(lián)核計(jì)劃的出臺(tái)。第三章介紹了內(nèi)務(wù)部在蘇聯(lián)核計(jì)劃中活動(dòng)的組織法基礎(chǔ)以及對(duì)核領(lǐng)域科研和生產(chǎn)部門的調(diào)整。第四章論述了內(nèi)務(wù)部情報(bào)機(jī)構(gòu)參與蘇聯(lián)核計(jì)劃的活動(dòng),對(duì)核情報(bào)的內(nèi)容、作用以及內(nèi)務(wù)部主要情報(bào)人員進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)論述,并對(duì)核計(jì)劃的總負(fù)責(zé)人Л.П.貝利亞進(jìn)行了單獨(dú)介紹。第五章主要介紹了內(nèi)務(wù)部在核計(jì)劃實(shí)施中的活動(dòng),包括建立核計(jì)劃特殊機(jī)構(gòu)、監(jiān)督領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制度以及對(duì)科學(xué)家和重要核設(shè)施的建設(shè)和保護(hù)工作。第三部分為結(jié)論部分,總結(jié)了內(nèi)務(wù)部在核計(jì)劃制定和實(shí)施中的作用和活動(dòng),正視內(nèi)務(wù)部在核計(jì)劃中的貢獻(xiàn),借鑒歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn),指導(dǎo)未來發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the role played by the Soviet Ministry of Internal Affairs in the development and implementation of the Soviet nuclear program. The invention of the atomic bomb was one of the most important events in 20th century, and the invention of the Soviet atomic bomb has special historical significance. It breaks the nuclear monopoly of the United States in this field. In the course of the development and implementation of the Soviet nuclear program, the organizations and activities of many special agencies deserve our attention, including the Soviet Ministry of Internal Affairs. In the historical process of the Soviet nuclear program, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has played a very important role in safeguarding political leadership over the country, collecting important nuclear intelligence, building and protecting important nuclear facilities, and so on. This paper will discuss the role of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Soviet Union in the development and implementation of the nuclear program from the following three aspects. The second part is the main content of this paper, including chapter two, chapter three, chapter 4th and chapter 5th. Chapter 4th and chapter 5th are the focal points of this paper. Chapter two mainly introduces the establishment and development of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Soviet Union and the introduction of the nuclear program of the Soviet Union. The third chapter introduces the organic law basis of the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the nuclear program of the Soviet Union. And the adjustment of scientific research and production departments in the nuclear field. Chapter 4th discusses the involvement of the intelligence agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the nuclear program of the Soviet Union. The contents and functions of nuclear intelligence and the main intelligence personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are emphatically discussed, and the head of the nuclear program is introduced separately. Chapter 5th mainly introduces the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the implementation of the nuclear program. Including the establishment of special bodies for nuclear programmes, the supervision of leadership systems and the construction and protection of scientists and important nuclear facilities. Part III is the concluding part, which summarizes the role and activities of the Ministry of the Interior in the development and implementation of nuclear programmes, To face up to the contribution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the nuclear program, draw lessons from historical experience and guide future development.
