【摘要】：根據(jù)目前所見考古材料,制瓷工具主要發(fā)現(xiàn)于古代瓷窯址,出土材料相對(duì)豐富。古陶瓷界歷來對(duì)陶瓷器產(chǎn)品及窯具等研究較多,而對(duì)制瓷工具的詳細(xì)分析和研究卻比較少見。另外,制瓷工具與制瓷工藝關(guān)聯(lián)性較大,作為影響制瓷工藝的重要因素,具有極其重要的研究價(jià)值。本文以北方地區(qū)唐宋元時(shí)期的制瓷工具為研究對(duì)象,廣泛搜集資料,對(duì)北方地區(qū)唐宋元時(shí)期制瓷工具進(jìn)行分析。文中根據(jù)窯址層位及共存瓷器產(chǎn)品的年代,參考窯址發(fā)掘報(bào)告中對(duì)年代的認(rèn)識(shí)分析制瓷工具的時(shí)代特點(diǎn),探討制瓷工具變化與制瓷工藝發(fā)展之間的聯(lián)系,并在最后對(duì)制瓷工具上的銘文加以簡述。本文主要分以下六個(gè)部分:第一部分,前言。對(duì)制瓷工具的研究意義、研究對(duì)象、研究方法進(jìn)行簡述。第二部分,發(fā)現(xiàn)與研究簡史。這一部分首先對(duì)文中所指“北方地區(qū)”的范圍給出明確界定,并以省為單位對(duì)各窯址出土瓷器工具的類型加以描述;其次對(duì)以往關(guān)于制瓷工具的研究加以歸納。第三部分,制瓷工具的功能與分類。將北方地區(qū)唐宋元時(shí)期制瓷工具分為四類:原料加工工具、成型工具、施紋工具和施釉(彩)工具。其中,成型工具又包括輪制工具、修坯工具和模具;施紋工具下又包括刻劃花工具、印花具和貼花具。第四部分,制瓷工具的時(shí)代特點(diǎn)。根據(jù)窯址層位及共存瓷器產(chǎn)品的年代,分析不同時(shí)代制瓷工具類型和數(shù)量的變化特點(diǎn)。第五部分,相關(guān)問題研究。這一部分首先分析了制瓷工具與制瓷工藝的聯(lián)系,其次從類別和用途上對(duì)制瓷工具上的銘文進(jìn)行簡要分析。第六部分,結(jié)語,總結(jié)全文并指出文中不足。
[Abstract]:According to the archaeological materials seen at present, porcelain tools are mainly found in the site of ancient porcelain kilns, and the unearthed materials are relatively abundant. However, the detailed analysis and study of porcelain tools are rare. In addition, the porcelain making tools and the porcelain making process are closely related to each other, which is an important factor affecting the porcelain making process. This article takes the porcelain tools of the Tang, Song and Yuan dynasties in the northern region as the research object, collects the data extensively, This paper analyzes the porcelain tools of the Tang, Song and Yuan dynasties in the northern region. According to the level of the kiln site and the age of the coexisting porcelain products, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the porcelain tools according to the understanding of the age in the kiln site excavation report. This paper discusses the relationship between the change of porcelain tools and the development of porcelain making process, and at last gives a brief description of the inscriptions on porcelain making tools. This paper is mainly divided into six parts as follows: the first part, the preface, the significance of the research on the porcelain tools, and the objects of study. The second part is a brief history of discovery and research. In this part, the scope of "northern area" is defined clearly, and the types of porcelain tools unearthed at each kiln site are described in the unit of province. In the third part, the function and classification of porcelain tools are summarized. The porcelain tools of the Tang, Song and Yuan dynasties in northern China are divided into four categories: raw material processing tools, molding tools. Finishing tools and glazing tools. Among them, forming tools include wheel tools, finishing tools and moulds, and embossing tools include engraving tools, printing tools and decals. Part 4th, Age characteristics of porcelain tools. According to the layer of kiln site and the age of coexisting porcelain products, the change characteristics of the types and quantity of porcelain tools in different times are analyzed. Part 5th, This part first analyzes the relationship between the porcelain making tools and the porcelain making process, then briefly analyzes the inscriptions on the porcelain tools from the category and use. Part 6th, the conclusion, summarizes the full text and points out the deficiencies of the paper.
