【摘要】：作為外界觀察中國(guó)的一個(gè)重要窗口,我國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)外公開演講是外界了解中國(guó)內(nèi)外政策變化發(fā)展的風(fēng)向標(biāo),也是國(guó)際社會(huì)解讀中國(guó)的重要渠道。對(duì)于中國(guó)自身來(lái)說(shuō),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人外交演講一方面意在對(duì)外解釋我國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向,另一方面也是為國(guó)際政治活動(dòng)的開展和國(guó)際政治格局的構(gòu)建提供新思路、新理念。因此,外交演講對(duì)擴(kuò)大我國(guó)對(duì)外宣傳,促進(jìn)國(guó)際社會(huì)了解中國(guó),正面塑造國(guó)家形象起著重要作用。為了更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)"讓中國(guó)走向世界,讓世界了解中國(guó)",領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人外交演講的外譯成為題中之義。這將關(guān)系到我國(guó)對(duì)外宣傳的效果與質(zhì)量。其成功與否,對(duì)中國(guó)文化走出去,中國(guó)聲音傳出去有著重要影響。本文將選取習(xí)近平主席在聯(lián)合國(guó)及其專門機(jī)構(gòu)所發(fā)表的演講中文原文和官方法語(yǔ)譯文作為研究對(duì)象,以"目的論"為研究視角,以目的論三大法則為分類依據(jù),通過(guò)大量實(shí)例分析、總結(jié)官方譯本采取的具體翻譯策略和達(dá)成的翻譯效果。目的法則是目的論下最高法則,是翻譯行為應(yīng)當(dāng)優(yōu)先滿足的法則。該法則尤其適用于翻譯外交演講中富含文化內(nèi)涵的成語(yǔ)、詩(shī)詞、典故或中國(guó)特色詞匯。連貫法則要求譯文符合目標(biāo)語(yǔ)用語(yǔ)習(xí)慣。鑒于法語(yǔ)與漢語(yǔ)的差異,譯者可以通過(guò)運(yùn)用具體策略,使得外譯能懂、易懂,符合外國(guó)讀者閱讀習(xí)慣。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人外交演講有其特殊性和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性,因此譯文也頻繁體現(xiàn)忠實(shí)法則。當(dāng)三法則發(fā)生矛盾時(shí),譯者應(yīng)把握好法則之間的優(yōu)先關(guān)系,在必要時(shí)有所取舍。本文是將目的論這一理論體系運(yùn)用到漢法外交演講翻譯策略的研究當(dāng)中,希望對(duì)外交演講法譯實(shí)踐和目的論在外交演講翻譯領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用有具體參考價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:As an important window for the outside world to observe China, our leaders' public speech to the outside world is a weather vane for the outside world to understand the changes and developments in China's internal and external policies, as well as an important channel for the international community to interpret China. For China itself, On the one hand, leaders' diplomatic speeches are intended to explain the strategic development direction of our country, on the other hand, they also provide new ideas and new ideas for the development of international political activities and the construction of international political patterns. Diplomatic speeches play an important role in expanding China's foreign propaganda, promoting the international community's understanding of China, and positively shaping the national image. Let the world understand China, "the foreign policy speech of the leaders is translated into the meaning of the title. This will affect the effect and quality of our country's foreign propaganda. Whether it is successful or not, it will go out to Chinese culture. The Chinese voice plays an important role in this study. This paper will choose the Chinese original text and the official French translation of the speech delivered by President Xi Jinping at the United Nations and its specialized agencies as the object of study, taking the Skopos Theory as the perspective of the study. Based on the three principles of Skopos Theory, this paper summarizes the specific translation strategies adopted and the translation effects achieved by the official translation through a large number of examples. The Skopos rule is the supreme rule under Skopos theory. It is the rule that translation behavior should be satisfied first. This rule is especially applicable to idioms and poems with rich cultural connotations in translation diplomatic speeches. Allusions or words with Chinese characteristics. Coherence rules require the translation to conform to the target language idiom. In view of the differences between French and Chinese, the translator can use specific strategies to make the foreign translation comprehensible and comprehensible. It is in line with the reading habits of foreign readers. Leaders' diplomatic speeches have their particularities and preciseness. Therefore, the translation frequently embodies the principle of faithfulness. When the three rules are contradictory, the translator should grasp the priority relationship between them. In this paper, the Skopos Theory is applied to the study of the translation strategies of Sino-French diplomatic speeches. It is hoped that it will be of practical reference value and practical significance to the practice of diplomatic speech translation and the application of Skopos theory in the field of diplomatic speech translation.
