【摘要】:我國進入老齡化社會已是不爭的事實,關注老年人的身心健康、提升他們的積極心理情緒和幸福感,不僅是老年人自身的需求,也是整個家庭以及社會的需求。大量的文獻研究表明,科學的體育鍛煉有利于調(diào)節(jié)和促進人的身心健康。在積極心理學發(fā)展的影響下,未來體育鍛煉與積極心理研究將會是鍛煉心理學的主要研究領域,應注重身體鍛煉的積極心理效益的本土化研究,發(fā)掘民族傳統(tǒng)項目在培養(yǎng)個體的積極心理品質(zhì)方面的優(yōu)勢,探討其獨特的積極心理價值。在“全民健康”、“全民健身”的大背景下,各省市結合地域生態(tài)特色、運動項目特色的健身活動開展的如火如荼。空竹作為我國獨有的民俗傳統(tǒng)體育項目,有著悠久的歷史和深厚的文化底蘊,它具有靈活性、技巧性、健身性、表演性等特點,傳承到今天依然深受人們的喜愛,尤其得到老年人的青睞。因此探析空竹運動對老年人的積極心理效益具有重要的意義。本研究采用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,采用《體育活動等級量表》、《鍛煉誘導情緒問卷》、《匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)問卷》、《總體幸福感量表》對360名參與空竹運動的老年人進行問卷調(diào)查,所有數(shù)據(jù)運用SPSS17.0數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。研究結論如下:(1)參與空竹運動的老年人大多數(shù)堅持每天一次、每次60分鐘以上、中小強度的空竹鍛煉,其鍛煉量不存在性別差異。(2)參與空竹運動的老年人在積極情緒方面存在性別差異。男性空竹運動參與者在活力激發(fā)和身心平靜兩個因子方面得分較高,優(yōu)于女性。(3)不同的空竹鍛煉方式(個人、集體)、鍛煉等級在睡眠質(zhì)量、幸福感、積極情緒方面存在顯著差異。參與集體空竹運動和大、中鍛煉量的老年人睡眠質(zhì)量、幸福感、積極情緒好于參與個人空竹運動、小鍛煉量的老年人,而大、中鍛煉量之間差異不大。(4)鍛煉量與睡眠質(zhì)量存在顯著負相關,大、中鍛煉量的睡眠質(zhì)量要好于小鍛煉量。鍛煉量與幸福感、積極情緒各因子方面存在顯著正相關,大、中鍛煉量的幸福感和積極情緒要高于小鍛煉量。(5)鍛煉時間和鍛煉頻次是影響參與空竹運動的老年人睡眠質(zhì)量和幸福感的重要因子。(6)鍛煉強度、鍛煉時間、鍛煉頻次對積極情緒具有重要的影響。
[Abstract]:It is an indisputable fact that our country has entered the aging society. Paying attention to the physical and mental health of the elderly and enhancing their positive psychological mood and happiness are not only the needs of the elderly themselves, but also the needs of the whole family and society. A large number of literature studies show that scientific physical exercise can help to adjust and promote the physical and mental health of people. The effect of positive psychology development, the future of physical exercise and positive psychological research will be the main research field of exercise psychology, should be on the localization of positive psychological benefits of physical exercise on the excavation of traditional items in the cultivation of individual positive psychological quality advantages, explore its unique positive psychological value. Under the background of "national health" and "national fitness", fitness activities of provinces and cities combined with regional ecological characteristics and sports characteristics are in full swing. Diabolo as China's unique folk traditional sports, has a long history and rich cultural heritage, it has the characteristics of flexibility, skill, fitness and performance, inheritance is still loved by the people, especially the elderly people of all ages. The analysis of Diabolo Exercise on the elderly positive psychological benefits has important significance. This study used the method of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and other research methods, the "physical activity rating scale" and "exercise induced emotional questionnaire", "Pittsburgh", "sleep quality index questionnaire of general well-being scale" for 360 students to participate in the Diabolo movement of the elderly questionnaire, all data the use of SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. The research conclusions are as follows: (1) participate in the Diabolo movement of the elderly most insist every day, every 60 minutes or more, and the strength of the Diabolo Exercise, there is no gender difference in the amount of exercise. (2) participate in the Diabolo movement of the elderly there is a gender difference in positive emotion. The male participants in Diabolo Exercise to stimulate the vitality and calm two factor score higher than women. (3) the different way of Diabolo Exercise (personal and collective), exercise level in sleep quality, well-being, there are significant differences in positive emotion. Participate in collective Diabolo Exercise and exercise amount of sleep quality in elderly people, happiness, positive emotions better than individuals participating in Diabolo Exercise and the elderly small amount of exercise, and exercise in between the big and little difference. (4) there is a significant negative correlation between the amount of exercise and the quality of sleep. The quality of sleep in large and medium exercise is better than that of small exercise. There was a significant positive correlation between the amount of exercise and the factors of happiness and positive emotion. The happiness and positive emotion of the large and medium exercise were higher than that of the small exercise. (5) exercise time and frequency is an important factor affecting participation diabolo sleep quality in elderly people and happiness. (6) the intensity of exercise, the time of exercise and the frequency of exercise have an important influence on positive emotion.
