PI3Kδ過度活化綜合征特殊臨床表型與體液免疫機制研究

第一部分并發(fā)SLE-like三例APDS1患兒表型分析背景:PI3Kδ過度活化綜合征1(Activated pospphoinositide 3-kinase δ syndrome 1,APDS1)是由PIK3CD基因獲得性功能突變引起的原發(fā)性免疫缺陷病,患兒主要臨床表現(xiàn)有反復呼吸道感染和淋巴增生,還可伴有自身免疫性和/或炎癥性疾病。本研究描述了并發(fā)系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼:瘡樣(Systemic lupus erythematosus-Like,SLE-Like)的 3 例APDS1患兒臨床和免疫學特征。方法:回顧性分析三例并發(fā)SLE樣表現(xiàn)的APDS1(SLE-like APDS1,SLA)患兒,19 例無 SLE 樣的 APDS1(non-SLE-like APDS1,NSA)患兒和8例初發(fā)SLE(new-onset SLE,NOS)患兒的臨床表現(xiàn)和免疫學表型。結果:反復呼吸道感染和淋巴增生是SLA和NSA患兒最常見的共同臨床表現(xiàn),SLA患兒主要臨床表現(xiàn)還包括早發(fā)性自身免疫和/或炎癥性疾病,NOS患兒在SLE發(fā)展之前沒有反復呼吸道感染和慢性淋巴結病。SLA和NSA患兒共同的免疫學特征包括CD4...
