【摘要】：研究目的:全面系統(tǒng)整理外關(guān)穴應(yīng)用的古代文獻(xiàn)、國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際的現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)、相關(guān)資料,進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)其應(yīng)用機(jī)制,為臨床提供文獻(xiàn)學(xué)依據(jù)。研究方法:以"外關(guān)穴"為關(guān)鍵詞,檢索關(guān)于應(yīng)用外關(guān)穴的古今文獻(xiàn),對(duì)其應(yīng)用機(jī)制,進(jìn)行全面整理和分析,然后從理論機(jī)制、臨床應(yīng)用和機(jī)理研究三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行綜述。研究結(jié)果:現(xiàn)代機(jī)理研究表明,針刺外關(guān)穴能對(duì)腦血管血流產(chǎn)生影響,并可以激活相應(yīng)腦區(qū)的反應(yīng),這一發(fā)現(xiàn)為針灸臨床應(yīng)用外關(guān)穴治療腦血管病、上肢癱瘓痛證、眼耳病證、消化系統(tǒng)病證,提高痛閾等提供了理論依據(jù)。同時(shí),在古代針灸理論的指導(dǎo)下,外關(guān)穴治療病證的范圍也在不斷擴(kuò)大,從單純的肢體經(jīng)絡(luò)病、外感病、熱病到內(nèi)科頭痛、不寐、耳鳴、水腫,以及傷科、眼科、耳鼻喉科等各科病證。結(jié)論:(i)外關(guān)穴為手少陽(yáng)三焦經(jīng)的特定穴具有理論和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ),這揭示了外關(guān)穴與頭面耳目、肢體經(jīng)絡(luò)和五臟六腑的密切聯(lián)系;(ii)獨(dú)取外關(guān)穴的優(yōu)勢(shì)病證為肢體經(jīng)絡(luò)病證;(iii)外關(guān)穴配伍內(nèi)關(guān)穴擴(kuò)大臨床主治病證范圍,共治兩經(jīng)主治的病證;(iv)外關(guān)穴治療上肢運(yùn)動(dòng)和眼耳病證具有理論驗(yàn)證,現(xiàn)代臨床多項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究證明針刺外關(guān)穴能激活特定腦區(qū),提供了臨床的應(yīng)用依據(jù);(v)臨床應(yīng)用將外關(guān)穴擴(kuò)展于治療脾胃系病證,干燥綜合癥、水腫等疾病,取之于三焦的臟腑功能的機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to systematize the ancient literature on the application of Weiguan acupoint, the modern domestic and international literature, analyze the relevant data, sum up its application mechanism, and provide a documentary basis for clinical practice. Methods: taking "Weiguan acupoint" as the key word, the ancient and modern literature about the application of Weiguan acupoint was searched, and its applied mechanism was comprehensively sorted out and analyzed. Then, the theoretical mechanism, clinical application and mechanism study were reviewed. Results: modern mechanism studies show that acupuncture at Weiguan point can affect the blood flow of cerebral vessels and activate the response of the corresponding brain area. This finding is the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease, upper limb paralysis pain syndrome, ophthalmopathy syndrome, and so on, which can be used in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease, upper limb paralysis pain, ophthalmopathy, and so on. The syndrome of digestive system disease and the improvement of pain threshold provide a theoretical basis. At the same time, under the guidance of the ancient theory of acupuncture and moxibustion, the scope of the treatment of the disease at Weiguan acupoints is also expanding, ranging from simple limb meridian diseases, external diseases, fever to internal headache, insomnia, tinnitus, edema, as well as trauma and ophthalmology. Otorhinolaryngology and other diseases. Conclusion: (i) Weiguan point is a special point of hand Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian, which has theoretical and practical basis, which reveals the close relationship between Weiguan acupoint and head, ear and ear, limb meridian and five Zang organs and six organs. The dominant syndrome of (ii) 's unique selection of Weiguan point is that of limb meridian disease syndrome; (iii) Weiguan point combined with Neiguan point expands the scope of clinical main treatment syndrome, and jointly treats the disease syndrome of two meridians as main treatment. The treatment of upper limb movement and ocular ear disease by (iv) has been proved theoretically. Many modern clinical experimental studies have proved that acupuncture at Weiguan point can activate specific brain area, which provides a clinical basis for the application of acupuncture in the treatment of upper limb movement and ophthalmopathy. (v) was extended to treat diseases such as spleen-stomach syndrome, Sjogren's syndrome, edema and so on, and the mechanism of Zang-fu function of triple-focus was applied to the treatment of Waiguan point.
