基于專利分析的企業(yè)技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)挖掘研究
[Abstract]:Technological competitive intelligence has an important impact on the development of enterprises. The quantity and quality of enterprises' demand for technological competitive intelligence is constantly improving. How to obtain enterprise competitive intelligence has become one of the key research contents of enterprise management. Among the many sources of competitive intelligence, patent information is the most convenient and effective. Through the analysis of patent information, we can understand the development level of industrial technology and obtain the present situation and trend of technological development of competitors, so as to guide enterprise technology and product research and development. In this paper, the literature research method and comparative analysis method are used to introduce the patent analysis method system on the basis of the research status at home and abroad, and the advantages, disadvantages and applicability of different patent analysis methods are compared. Then it discusses the acquisition principle, source and way of technological competitive intelligence, analyzes the function of patent information in the acquisition of enterprise technological competitive intelligence, and probes into the value of patent analysis to the mining of enterprise technological competitive intelligence. Then, it introduces the steps of patent mining technology competitive intelligence, and studies the concrete implementation methods, and summarizes the content of using patent information to obtain technology competitive intelligence from macro and micro perspectives respectively. Finally, starting from the actual case, taking the domestic naked eye 3D industry as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the theory and method of patent macro analysis and micro analysis, makes statistics on the number of patent applications, patent types, patentees, IPC classification and other indicators, and analyzes the development situation, industry situation, main competitors and R & D hotspots of the domestic naked eye 3D industry, so as to provide decision-making reference for related enterprises.
